Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

Toru was very hospitable and picked us (a party of 5 plus big luggages) up at the train station. He even took us to the airport on for our day trip and when we left japan. He offered many restaurant recommendations around the property. The property itself was exactly how it was in the photos. Overall, I would definitely recommend Toru’s property.

It was a space where you could heal just by looking at the beautiful rice fields and mountains in front of you, and the large panorama that spreads out from the living room. I took my 99-year-old grandmother and 77-year-old mother, and they were both very satisfied. The house was clean and had everything you needed.It was difficult to eat out, so I cooked various things, but there was nothing inconvenient. The bath was also spacious and relaxing. A total of 6 people from 4 generations enjoyed it. The garden was also well maintained.There were plum and chestnut trees, so it was fun just to look at them.

I stayed with one person and one dog.It was just the right distance to walk to the sea. 　There was a kitchen, so I thought there would be a gas stove, but there wasn't (it was as shown in the photos). 　If you use the microwave without wrapping, you will dirty the inside.I've cleaned it up.It would have been even better if there had been some wrap, but there were plenty of dishes and other items. 　It was a great place to stay with pets at no extra cost.Thank you very much.

I stayed with 4 families, but the living room and kitchen were spacious, and I was able to use them very comfortably.The garden was also large, and it would have been best if we could have had a campfire, but we gave up because of the rain.But the kids enjoyed playing catch and other games in the brief sunny periods. Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

I used it for a trip with my dog It was an unexpectedly hot day, but I enjoyed the lawn, pool, and trailer house. (Beach walks were only on rainy mornings... unfortunately!) The benefits of a nice house full of attention to detail I think I only tasted about half of it, but If the season is good, in addition to staying in the garden, the food is also good And above all Enjoy a relaxing stay with plenty of time for early check-in and late check-out I was able to relax so much! The warm hospitality to the dogs and us was also a treat The owner's attention to the house It was a good place to stay, and I felt the depth of love for the dogs even during a short stay.

Bright & Spacious House in Sangenjaya, Tokyo

We stayed at Anton's house with 5 people for 4 nights and were greeted with the guest manager, Hana, who was really helpful in helping us settle in to both the house and the local area. We met Anton the next day as he was working on the house opposite and we really appreciated the chats and also how respectful and nice he was to the local community members. The house itself was easy to find and only about 10 mins walk from the train station past lots of restaurants, izakayas, bakeries, cafes and grocery stores. Even so, it is located in a quiet, residential part of town that felt very safe and welcoming. The house itself is beautifully set up and comfortable. We all slept in the upstairs bedrooms one of which was set up as a traditional tatami room with futons and the other a traditional western style. It was great to have airconditioning in the house as well because we had some warm nights! I would recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely stay again!
