The building, which is a renovated old-fashioned house, is 132㎡ 4LDK, and you can see the sea from each bedroom on the 2nd floor. About 1 hour and half from Tokyo, about 10 minutes by car from Ichinomiya and Higashinami, famous as a surfing spot. It's a great area to enjoy the weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The local beach is a 2-minute walk away.
