How many places in Rome, adjacent to Termini station, have a 40 metre terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or read a book and, why not, smoke a cigarette in peace? Our terrace is equipped with couches, armchairs and tables. It is open in every season, from the afternoon until late in the evening and it's the ideal place to relax after a day of work or excursions in the city. Breakfast is included in the price and served by us in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am. We offer you a rich continental breakfast with quality products tipical of italian cuisine.

We are conveniently located 5 minutes away from ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ International airport and you can be in the centre of Rome within 30 minutes. We have a range of fully air conditioned en-suite rooms to suit all your needs. All our rooms are equipped with an LCD TV and WI-FI with kettles, minifridges and breakfast tray. Other facilities include an on-site parking. And should you require we also have a taxi and shuttle service between the guest house and the airport. The room is part of a B&B with 3 private bedrooms located in the heart of Monti district, 3 minutes away from the Quirinale, 12 minutes away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all bedrooms have been provided with a mini-fridge, 43" Led Smart TV and AC. Each guest is given a 3 towels set and 2 pillows. A baby cot can be added (complete of linen) for an additional 15€ per night. The central location allows you to get to the most important sights just by taking a short walk, while being located in a low traffic street helps keeping the outside noises down.

In each room you will find a tray with sealed portions of jams, Nutella, biscuits, rusks, coffee capsules and hot drinks to be consumed independently with the "Nescafè" machine, a kettle for tea and a plate for toast. For your complete autonomy during your stay, the room key is in the key box next to the door.
