A lovely stay in a beautiful location. A lovely house.

The lobster pot was beautiful place. Fantastic views and beach. Restaurants near by were lovely and relaxing. The place was perfect for family of 4. Watching the sail boats while eating breakfast / dinner was amazing. Warm weather allowed us to eat on the patio watching the sea and some boat races. Everything we needed was provided, for self catering. Neat clean and tidy. The kids loved the lobster theme. I can’t fault the place.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

We had a great weekend, thank you so much. The house is beautiful and made a great base for us. We hope to visit as a family again soon

Excellent communication and provided accurate instructions for our work colleagues. The accommodation was perfect for their needs and would recommend staying here.

We are a family of 3 and had a great stay. The house itself was nicely decorated, comfortable, with a nice outdoor space. Located just a few minutes walk into Cowes which is a lovely town. Street parking was fine. Only points to note were the steep staircase which maybe a problem if you have mobility issues. The hosts were really helpful and responsive and the house was stocked with basics on arrival which was a nice touch.

This house in Cowes was absolutely gorgeous, very modern and absolutely beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need plus more. The location was a 5 min walk into the centre of Cowes (less to M&S if you need to pick anything up). Garden and facilities looked lovely too - although the weather wasn’t good enough to warrant evenings in the garden and a BBQ. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a really good couple of days at Lewis' place in Cowes. Very central with the ferry port and chain bridge just down the road. Decent variety of places to eat nearby.

This beach flat is just in the perfect location for exploring the beach, Rick steins and pig on the beach in studland (5 mins ferry ride). The number 50 bus takes you to all of these . Michelle was very friendly and met us on arrival and showed us around the flat . We would return x

What a beautiful apartment! Spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family. Lovely short walks to the beach and also the high street where we loved all the independent coffee shops and restaurants!! Thank you Fee :)

A wonderful haven set in the middle of the countryside in IOW. The bonus for us was it was walkable to the donkey sanctuary. Victoria was easy to communicate with and Bill was very friendly.

The carriage was lovely and situated in a perfect spot , 5/10 min to nice pubs , beach and funfair . The kids loved the alpacas in the field next to us . Only one issue , not enough cooking/bbq pots pans and utensils for 4 adults and 3 small kids but overall we had a great time and would love to stay again .

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. Becci's flat is very special as the whole place has been lovingly created to be unique. We felt that specialness straight away. The living area is lovely and sunny, with a view across to the pub car park and beyond, with visible trees. When we got there we found everything we'd need for the first 24hours self-catering, and more! It's really close to the sort of local little shop which stocks almost anything you'd want, and a supermarket. Just round the corner is the village green with picnic tables etc. If you, like us, like art ... there is a gallery under the the flat, and at the St Barbe museum in Lymington. If you really love art, then go to the fabulous (free) galleries at the Palais des Vaches. It's only open at weekends. It has grassy walks down to the river with views towards Buckler's Hard. On Sundays you can buy food. For bird lovers there is a hide at Sturt Pond nearly the lighthouse restaurant on the beach, or go to Keyhaven and follow the coastal road.

We really enjoyed our week at Cazzy's we felt right at home. Wonderful walks from the end of the road and great advice of the cut through to the Pig Beer Brewery

We've just had the most lovely couple of days staying at Pogle's Cabin. It's so peaceful and calm....exactly what's needed! The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, getting to sit on the deck and listen to the water bubbling away (with the ocassional splash from our duck/spaniel hybrid) was a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. The surrounding fields are perfect for a wander too! The cabin is so clean and well equipped, Sara really has thought of everything; it's so cosy. We can't wait to come back 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay, was a last min surprise for my partner's birthday - and Sarah was a great host - very responsive, and had thought of all the little details. The bed was super comfy, the heater and the electric blanket made it a lovely, cosy space. We ordered breakfast as well which was delicious and really good value. It felt slightly on the pricey side for what it was but appreciate it is quite a unique offering in the area and we booked quite last minute. Sarah helped with recommendations for where to eat out and nothing was too much trouble for her. We drove into Swanage / the beachfront as I was heavily pregnant but the distance was walkable. There were lots of fun things to do in town, even off season. The guest book was testament to how many other people had stayed and loved it as well - thank you so much!

The place was divine, very private, really luxurious outside space, and the inside was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. comfy bed and great shower. heartbroken to have left this morning - would love to stay again! thanks a million Jo

Wow - what a beautiful cabin and setting! If you want to immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest - then this is the place for you! The cabin was spotless, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The beds were so comfy and all the bedrooms have views of the surrounding woodlands, which was so lovely to wake up to. The little touches like the fire pit, complimentary bottle of wine, dart board and outdoor and indoor games really made this place even more special. It was just what I needed to recharge. Our dog absolutely loved sniffing about freely in the grounds, constantly finding us sticks to throw. The ponies even paid us a visit! Michael was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok... I only wish we could've stayed for longer! My family and I are already talking about visiting again in the autumn.

A great place to stay. Have been here numerous times. So quiet. lovely location.

thankyou to our host Sibylle for being so attentive friendly always on hand to advise and assist ,gave us loads of information on walks surroundings , wood burner Hot tub ready when we requested ,stunning setting and access to forest at the bottom of the driveway ,so peaceful and you just didn't want to leave ,everything you thought you'd forgot to bring was available all in a wonderful relaxing stay thankyou

Our stay at the hideout was excellent, it was a great location with lots to do around the new forest area, and Sarah’s recommendations were excellent, especially the farm shops and pubs nearby. The place itself was so peaceful and felt very private, with the hot tub and bbq making for a perfect evening. Also the sofa bed was super comfortable with a mattress topper. The local produce on arrival made it even more amazing, we couldn’t recommend it more
