We had an excellent stay at Debbie and Andrew's. Can't fault anything at all. The place was accurately described and utterly spotless. They couldn't have been better hosts. The breakfasts items and wine were a lovely touch and very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to be back there soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Crows Nest" apartment. It is ideally located directly overlooking the Solent in Seaview and from the balcony you can enjoy a drink while watching numerous sailing boats and the odd passing cruise ship. For eating out we would recommend the Seaview Hotel and the Old Fort, both within a five minute walk, but booking is advisable. We loved being able to walk along the prom to Ryde and being able to walk all the way to Nodes Point entirely on the beach at low tide. The nearby Priory Bay is beautiful for a beach day. The apartment is well furnished , with a comfy bed and a powerful shower and we look forward to returning soon.

A lovely 4 night stay with our toddler. The place is very small, but has everything to cook meals. 3 nice pub/ restaurants within 3 mins walk. The best thing is the sea views from the living/dining room. Also perfect for a quick sea swim. The balcony is shared with other flats, so occasionally people walk past and you can't sit outside without being in the way, but the sliding door and main door mean you are practically outside anyway when open. The parking would be tight when full, as there isn't much space to get cars in and out, but in May we didn't have a problem. We will certainly be back.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Sitting on the balcony over looking the harbour, so peaceful. Chantal’s place was so homely, there was everything you needed and the location was amazing. The Ferryboat Pub was a 5 min walk away. Very reasonable, great food and sitting in the sun over looking the harbour was superb. Chantal communication was amazing, on places to go, places to eat, instructions on how to get in the property. We will definitely be going back as it’s one of the best Abnb we have stayed in. Lovely place to stay. Felt very homely and plenty of space for the 4 of us and the dog. It is directly above the small pub but there was no noise disturbance and meant easy journey home after time was called!!! Lovely friendly village, and wonderful walks. Just need to be aware of parking - there is 2 hour parking restrictions in most of the area from 9-6, but there is car park that has long stay a couple of minutes walk away and a few roads without restrictions. Highly recommend.

Very well located, beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment. Very check in and out and Joanna was really helpful with any questions before our stay.

We had a lovely relaxing week at Alison and Clive's apartment. We were very comfortable (the double bed is incredibly comfy!) and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We also had lovely weather which was a bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending this air b and b.

We had an amazing stay at Tracy& Dave’s. The annexe was spotless. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay. The location was ideal. It made visiting the Island convenient and will definitely return. Tracy& Dave went beyond to ensue we had everything we needed. It was an added bonus that our two little dogs were welcome and the added touch of blankets , towels and bowls were provided for them. There was a field close by to walk the dogs which was great. Such a Thoughtful touch. It was great to sit out in the garden and enjoy a relaxing drink in the evenings. Would definitely recommend the annexe for any looking to unwind or to explore the island.

This is a great place for all the many walks in the area, especially a beautiful one around a nature reserve.. A short drive to Shanklin and the seafront. It was a great base from which to explore the island, especially the east coast. Really peaceful.

A perfect property for a quiet few days on the Isle of Wight. Apartment was well appointed, clean and as described.

Our stay with Greenstay was absolutely superb. On self check-in, we found the apartment was impeccably clean and just as described. It had such a great energy about it that we felt right at home. The area being away from the main town and close to the beach brought about a feeling of complete relaxation. The interiors were well thought of and the entire place decorated beautifully. The living room was well laid out even for a party of 6, with Netflix provided for entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the essentials that would be needed for a self-catering stay. Tea, coffee/coffee pods and a pint of milk (nice touch!) were provided along with cleaning up essentials for that quick start. The host, Steve, was very approachable and provided clear instructions for self check-in and answered any questions promptly. He was kind and showed a great deal of hospitability. This was much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable, characterful and spacious apartment. Location could not have been more perfect for both town and beach. Private parking place was an added bonus. Communication with host very proactive and easy instructions to follow. Lots of places to eat and a good selection of vegetarian options at The Met on the seafront.

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

Jojo was hugely attentive, accommodating and for-filled all our requests, big or small.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Awesome location and full length swimming pool with Sauna. Only a 15 min walk into Swanage, beautiful castle only 10 min away and views of the sea. Fantastic full size swimming pool and sauna, our 8 and 10 year old loved it. We weren't able to use the snooker table due to the age of our kids and the lounge is not the most sociable set up for the evenings but the swimming pool made up for it ;-)

The penthouse apartment was just as described. The view from the sitting area over the water was amazing at all times of the day. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable although a couple had small windows without blinds - which meant the rooms were bright early in the morning - it being beautiful summer weather during our stay! The location is good for strolls along the esplanade to the various places to eat. Simon, our host, responded promptly to questions. Overall a lovely place to stay.

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

Was such a lovely stay, so lovely that I’d definitely know to come back to book this place if I was to ever come back to Bournemouth. I even told my sister (who stayed also) that I would have booked longer 🤭. My toddler son loved it too, had to keep an eye on him with the delicate plates and glassware as he’s quite inquisitive but all was ok. If I was being super picky, the bin in the master room had rubbish in it already once we arrived and there were kids toys which I thought was so nice but once I grabbed the top one to give to my son I realised it was dirty so I put it back. Overall would definitely stay again.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise
