The Barn at Rotherwood.

BenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Fabulous place. Debbie is a fantastic host. The boiler tripped whilst we were there and Debbie was straight round to fix it, no hesitation. It's things like this that really make the difference in Airbnb's. The place really was fantastic. Well maintained, lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

DanielRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable few days staying at the Red Oak Barn. Gwyneth and Peter made us feel very welcome. They've clearly put a lot of effort into the accommodation - everything has been thought of, and it has plenty of character, with many unique touches, including antique furniture and ornaments. It's set at the end of the hosts' large and beautiful garden, but has it's own secluded decking area. The table tennis table got plenty of use! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Unique Coastal Barn Conversion - 5 mins to sea

DawnRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Kate is an amazing host who really went the extra mile to make our stay special including lovely gifts for the child in our party. The main house and the separate barn conversion were perfect for our three generation party. There is a so much to do at the property itself for both children and adults and we all loved feeding the goats, hens and ducks and collecting the eggs. The local area is lovely too and Kate recommended some great places to visit. Beaulieu motor museum is a great day out and only half an hour away. Kate couldn’t have made us feel more welcome in her home and we felt totally relaxed there.

Converted thatched barn nestled in the countryside

SueRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Converted Barn With Stunning Countryside Views

MarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Immaculate well equipped property in a quiet location and with easy access to Chichester as well as lovely small coastal villages and beautiful countryside. Jo gave us clear instructions for finding/accessing the property and a long list of suggestions for places to eat. We hope to return to visit the area again in the not too distant future and won't hesitate to stay at 'The Hayloft' if it's available. One of the best AirBnB places we've stayed at. Highly recommend.

Peaceful And Beautiful Barn In Downland Village

FranRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
What a beautiful place! Bex and her family have created the most stylish yet warm and welcoming haven. Everything was immaculate, considered and perfectly presented. So comfortable with so many thoughtful touches and we felt very pampered. Bex herself was equally warm (and stylish!) and we really appreciated her popping in to say hello and check on us. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for a restful break in the most beautiful surroundings. Thank you Bex!

A very private and spacious converted barn that accommodated 12 of us very comfortably. Very clean and all you need to cater for yourself and your family. Host was very generous leaving milk , cheese , wine and a box of chocolate for us on arrival. Although host lives next door , they are there to help and assist you but never disturbing your stay . We will definitely return if we have the opportunity again.

Ron’s house was perfect for our group of three families. We each had private rooms with bathrooms and the kids had a lovely room with a bathroom too. We loved the big dinning table, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was warm and comfortable, with beautiful views. Ron and Susan were very helpful with logistics and the communication was easy. We had the best time and we would love to get back some time!

The Blacksmiths Shop, Dean Farm, Isle of Wight

CatrionaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay at the Blacksmith's - well equipped, clean and as described and pictured. Nicky was a great host, she shared local recommendations in advance, and it was a lovely surprise when we arrived and found she had left us some Easter goodies (chocolate bunnies for the kids, hot cross buns) as well as milk, coffee and wine! The location is great, just a short drive to Ventnor and also to some nice pubs (we had an excellent Sunday roast at the White Lion in Niton). And it's not really far to get to most places on the island. There is a bus stop outside the property too for anyone without a car, but I don't know how frequent the service is. All in all we had a lovely, relaxing time, thanks for your hospitality Nicky!

The Granary at Kemphill Farm, Ryde. Isle of Wight

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. As a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children) the space was fantastic. Every bedroom was really spacious and an en suite in every room was a fantastic bonus - no queues for the shower in the morning! Ron and his family were friendly, really helpful with recommendations for places to visit and extremely reasonable when it came to 4 noisy children running around in the morning! Every amenity you could think of was available - cots, bed guards, BBQ equipment, the works! I would highly recommend to anyone with a large family wanting a peaceful and beautiful location to stay on the Isle of Wight.

This is the perfect place to stay. Spotlessly clean. So peaceful with beautiful views. An excellent size for 8 people. My grand daughters loved feeding the chickens, ducks, geese and moor hens. Wonderful Holiday Barn with outdoor pool

PeterRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. Thank you team Shalfleet Farm.

The Grainstore at Moor Farm

EllieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Emma’s place was gorgeous and in the most peaceful setting- I would say the pictures don’t do it justice. We all had a wonderful stay and had everything we could have needed to make it comfortable. The garden was a particular highlight as it’s a real sun trap, which we befitted from due to the good weather we were lucky enough to have. It was also fantastic for our dog too as she had enough enclosed space to run around in. We loved seeing the piglets and found the small tuck shop really convenient for those extra coffees. Would definitely stay again!
A private garden area is visible, featuring a wooden table and chairs beneath a large parasol. The garden is surrounded by neatly arranged green grass and low wooden fencing, with a background of a rustic stone building and windows. Sunlight enhances the serene atmosphere.
