Angela’s Retreat is located in Whitwell on the Isle of Wight, approx 5 km from Ventnor. There are a variety of old stone buildings and it is home to the Isle of Wight’s oldest pub ‘The White Horse’. It is ideally situated for walks, beach days, cycling and fishing holidays. Angela’s Retreat is a self contained residence with its own entrance, small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed if required. Solent Hideaway with THE view!

Our location is a rare mix of being in the New Forest on the Solent and completely remote at the end of a gravel track. Waking up here you smell the sea and hear the birds and sometimes the cowes if the are in the field. It is a real hidden gem and often described by friends as the most beautiful location in Lymington and around. You can walk along the shore for miles, go for a swim in the Solent or cycle around the beautiful lanes around us. It really is all here on our doorstep to enjoy.
