The apartment, of 96 square meters, with sea view, is located on the second and last floor of a period building (without elevator), and consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 double bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, and a bathroom. Tourist facilities from €2 to a maximum of €5 per day per person. Apartment price is for 1 or 2 people in one room.

Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.
