Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

Gianmarco’s place is absolutely PERFECT! Don’t waste your money on all inclusive. Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. You literally step off of your private porch to the sand and ocean! Gianmarco is very responsive and helpful. Just ask and he will arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

The location was everything! You were not too far from the restaurants or nightclub, or beach. (Beach was beautifully) we did not want to be too close to the clubs since we knew the music is loud. This distance you kinda heard them but, barely. The apartment is just as described, such a great find. We got to use the amenities such as the pool, which was great!! The washer and dryer was a plus. We definitely will be back. FYI, you can take the bus to lots of spots or ride rented scooters ( I did that) but overall felt VERY safe and staff was very nice and helpful. Remember to tip! They kept my luggage safe while I waited for the room to be ready even when they knew I wasn’t part of the hotel.

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Excelente ubicación, enfrente de la plaza donde puedes comprar comida y accesorios, el hotel está súper limpio y el personal que trabaja ahí es muy amable, quedé fascinado.

We loved our stay! Carlos was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. The condo is spacious, with great AC in every room, desks for working, updated appliances and the beautiful wood finishings give it a modern and cozy vibe. The pool was family friendly and never over crowded. The location is great with beautiful surrounds. There is a small market across the street, several restaurants near by and a walking trail that runs along the canals. Great price point for being in the hotel zone. We would definitely consider staying again when in Cancun!

Gran lugar para hospedarse, Frankie nos explicó muy bien las reglas tanto del Hotel como del condominio y de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en este lugar. Sin duda SI regresaría a hospedarme ahí ya que cuentan con un Waterpark ideal para los niños y el hotel te da la facilidad de un all inclusive for day por si tienes ya otras actividades en tu agenda ( muy recomendable). No me queda más que agradecer a Frankie por su disponibilidad, hospitalidad y trato que nos brindó. Saludos,

Very friendly host and took care of us with proper information

Vista hermosa al mar, el condominio está a unos 100 más del mar, la zona tranquila lejos del bullicio de los hoteles, solo los fines de semana un poco de ruido por la cercanía a la playa el niño sin embargo no fue un obstáculo para disfrutar la tranquilidad del condominio, Alberto y la Sra Patricia muy amables y al pendiente de mis dudas, de cortesía había papel higiénico, kleenex, agua, hielos, fruta, todo funcional en cuanto al aire acondicionado, TV y electrodomésticos, la zona es segura, rente un auto y pude dejarlo en el condominio tiene puerta automática de apertura del estacionamiento. Muy limpio superó mis expectativas con relación a otros lugares que he estado, solo cambiaría las sábanas lo demás muy limpio. La vista es espectacular el amanecer se puede apreciar desde la terraza y está muy bien ubicado el condominio Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

A mi familia y a mi nos gustó muchísimo, agradecemos que nos hayan facilitado amenidades que no incluían como el asador, el lugar muy limpio y espacioso. La cocina muy espaciosa y equipada.

A little treehouse oasis in the middle of a walkable area. Great location! Great family and staff. We traveled with our 2 and 4 year old and found Valentina’s place to be well suited for little kids. All doors to the outside have locks with removable keys so the little ones couldn’t escape if they tried. We made use of the hammock on the rooftop and beach equipment that they provided. They provided us with a huge jug of drinking water to start and checked back after a couple days to see if we needed more. AC was cold. Lots of helpful information and tips, but never intrusive. We had a great stay and 100% would stay here again if we returned to Isla! ¡Muchas gracias Valentina y familia!

Only stayed here a night, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Place was close to the ferry, clean, and easy to find. Karly was very responsive and met us when we arrived. Great place :)

La estancia en el departamento de Abi fue de 10. Muy cerca del ferry, puedes llegar caminando sin problema, inclusive si tienes equipaje grande. También esta prácticamente al lado de la peatonal en donde están todos los restaurantes, bares y tiendas de souvenir. Y también supermercado. El departamento es muy cómodo, tal cual como se describe en el anuncio y en las fotos. Abi es muy atenta, siempre está el pendiente para asegurarse que estés bien. También nos recomendó con quien contactarnos para hacer tours y alquiler de carrito de golf o moto. Muchas gracias por hospedarnos!

Manuel and Lina’s place is gorgeous and just what we were looking for. While it’s just a studio, it has what you need for a stays from 1-3 days. For longer stays, a bigger and more stocked kitchen may be helpful, but we only stayed a couple days and it was perfectly fine as there were a few good restaurants in walking distance. Their place is also near a large hotel which made it easy to arrange pickup points on Viator tours that we had scheduled. Hosts were responsive and helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

Appartement tel que sur les photos, simple et fonctionnel. Manuel et Lei sont des hôtes incroyables, ils répondent rapidement et sont vraiment gentils. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, très central et près des plages et de la rue des restaurants et shopping. Les lits étaient vraiment confortables. La terrasse intime avec le hamac, les murales et les plantes était vraiment géniale. Les hôtes sont aussi propriétaires d’un centre de plongée, nous avons adoré notre expérience avec eux: belles plongées, bien organisé, sécuritaire, et rabais de 10% parce qu’on était dans l’appartement. Séjour magnifique à Isla Mujeres, merci à Lei et Manu!

Check-in was smooth. Rodrigo is a great guy; provide us local recommendations, restaurants to eat, and helped us in every possible way. very happening place in hotel zone and everything is walkable. Highly recommended. Pools are super clean too. just a small suggestion: Maybe there is an issue with the induction it throws error code Frequently. Anyway still working. And the lock of the balcony was not working. but those are minors anr ignorable. we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Esta muy cómoda, todo lo necesario para pasar unas lindas vacaciones lo tiene, tal como se anuncia y la marillosa vista al mar es inigualable.

If you are staying in Isla mujeres, this is your spot. Quiet , sweet plunge pool, amazing view. Sound of the ocean crashing at night. My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. Book it if it’s available

We really enjoyed our stay here at Mariana’s place! She was so friendly and accommodated some of our needs which worked out perfect for us! So much to do nearby and in a nice secluded area away from the busy spots. We found it very easy to get around and find transportation to and from our location! Everything was super clean and we had an all around wonderful experience. We would stay here again! Thank you!
