From the beginning, Miriam was attentive to our arrival, and gave us all the necessary information. The area where it is located is very private and quiet Everything was as advertised Very nice that they pick you up at the airport and the welcome meal, as well as the cleaning service every third day. Miriam was always available during our stay. We hope to return soon.

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

We had a great time staying at Yadira Andrea’s Airbnb! We loved the decor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to see the fireworks from the Hotel Zone. The mall was right next door to the apartment building. It’s a prime location. We were able to take walks and enjoy a nice meal nearby or just shop. Thank you Diana for being attentive and making sure we were great throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Laura’s Airbnb! I traveled with my family, including three kids, and the condo was perfect for us. It’s located right on the beach, offering an exceptional view of the sea right from the window. Laura is an outstanding communicator and was quick to respond to all our questions. She also gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions, like the Mayan ruins just a few hundred meters away and water parks conveniently located across the street. I wholeheartedly agree that Laura is a super host, and I highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone!

Impressive, super nice and luxurious place. Unbeatable common areas with a pool and beach nearby. The super friendly and responsive host. If we go back to Cancun, we'll definitely stay here again. All 10

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay, Frankie explained the rules of both the Hotel and the condominium and the activities that take place in this place very well. I would definitely return to stay there, as they have an ideal Waterpark for children, and the hotel gives you the option of an all-inclusive day if you already have other activities on your agenda (highly recommended). The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Each person who responded to the questions I had, responded in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and as described as the photo. Check-in and check-out was easy. There were nearby restaurants and stores to get to. This place felt straight like home and was comfortable. Would definitely book this place again when I travel back to Cancun.

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.

Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

Super service, I highly recommend it. A very quiet place to rest and in my case to concentrate on the home office, definitely one of the best in Cancun!

Great place to stay quite and peaceful

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

We only stayed one night. The accommodation is very good, in good condition, all the utensils in good condition, without unpleasant odors or things like that.

I wasn't warned of Mrs. marlen, or they would give breakfast... And she needs 1 parking space.

Nice big house to accommodate our group of 19 people. Closer to the airport. Nice neighborhood.
