The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The stonemasons' house is an atypical stone house, built in 1730, in the old village of L'Isle d'Abeau. The house welcomed workers, stonemasons from the old quarry. House in a great location: - 15 minutes from Saint Exupéry Airport - 20 minutes from Eurexpo - 5 minutes from The Village outlet - 45 minutes from Chambéry and Grenoble - less than an hour from the ski resorts - 3 minutes from the A43 toll - 5 min from the shopping center and SNCF train station

You will be charmed by the volume of this apartment, with its stone wall and French ceiling. Furnished in an open space loft style, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

The Prairie Cottage

the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Everything is planned so you can have a good stay with peace of mind. All you have to do is book 😊
