Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Gîte L'Aquaroca

Ancien atelier en pierre entièrement rénové au style contemporain niché en forêt sur le Rocher du Cornillon, en Chartreuse. Le salon et la terrasse offrent une vue panoramique sur le bassin Grenoblois. Donne accès facile aux pratiques sportives (randonnées, escalade, ski) et à la détente (bain nordique, vidéo-projecteur avec grand écran). Ce lieu unique est accessible par une petite route de montagne et proche de tous commerces.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

La Bâtie – La Loge

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60m2 for up to 3 people (the third bed is an extra, 1-person sofa bed from Maison du Monde). The lodge is the perfect combination of comfort and tradition: exposed beams, air conditioning, fiber optics and TV channels, fully equipped kitchen, selected decoration, art exhibition, terrace, balcony, private parking.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
