Pure magic! One of my all time favourite stays. We came in the last week of May and everything was blooming and the strawberries were ripe. We slept so well. The shared hallway with the bathroom is very private, hardly used while we were there. Christelle and Thomas are thoughtful and kind and we felt right at home. We spent some days driving to explore the vercors and others we did not use the car at all. There’s lots to do and see on foot right from the house or you can just read a book in the beautiful garden and listen to the river and the birds. 10/10 - Highly recommend.

Balmette's accommodation is a real gem on Lake Annecy. Our host was able to give us all the necessary directions and was very welcoming. I really invite you to discover this cocoon in the heart of the most beautiful lake in France! :)

This apartment is very quiet, you have a beautiful view of the mountain when you are on the balcony, the equipment is of very good quality. The host had left all the basic products for cooking, laundry and dishwasher tablets and he also has a small notebook in which he noted all his "good plans": activities, catering... It was a very nice stay and check-in and check-out were very friendly and took place at the times we chose.

Florence was absolutely wonderful as a host, she maintained contact throughout our stay to ensure all was going well, and was on hand to answer any questions. The location is perfect for a lakeside stay and I could not recommend her place enough. Thank you so much Florence!

Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

We loved our stay at Christina and Nicolas' house. The house is quiet, located next to the lake and has mountain views. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The house is also beautifully decorated. Communication with Christina and Nicolas went very well! We'll be happy to go back.

The terrace has a magnificent view of the lake and there is a small beach accessible 2 min walk from the apartment. The residence is very quiet. Accommodation that perfectly matches the description with breathtaking lake views. A small white wine from the region at the reception is a small touch that stands out from the others. Great value for money, I recommend it.

It was our second time in this beautiful house, and the first time we came back to the place we’ve already been before, which speaks for itself. This time we enjoyed it even more, as the weather was great and we could use the terrace with the view on the mountains. Julie and Valentine are very nice and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.
