Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the pedestrian street in the center of the village, you will have access to the ski slopes by a free shuttle 100 m from the apartment. You can also enjoy all the village amenities on foot: shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, casino. The living room/kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony and the bedroom opens onto a quiet garden. Free parking 50 m away.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! The Tiny is located on our land in the Vercors, between forest, meadows and streams. It has an outdoor dry toilet, shower, hob and small fridge. Bedding and bath towels are not provided.
