The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

La Maisonnette and its garden in Chartreuse

We offer you a nice independent cottage in our property, with its terrace and small garden. Functional and well equipped, it is located in the Village of Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Where you can rest after a nice hike. Private parking for one car. La Maisonnette is ideal for a single person or couple. Hiking departures are possible from La Maisonnette. There is free wifi as well as air conditioning.

INDEPENDENT STUDIO IN COLOMBIER-SAUGNIEU

Studio independent of the house. Ideal for 1–2 people, but can accommodate 4 guests. No smoking inside the accommodation. Vehicle parking in the garden guarded by a German shepherd (don't be afraid of animals). It is located by car 10 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport and TGV station (1 hr 40 min walk), 5 minutes from the highway, 20 minutes from Lyon and the Centrale du Bugey.

Orangerie

Just at the end of the pool, the Orangerie finds its place , facing south, with in front of it the garden cuddled by the light shade of the Tricentenary Olivier! With all the comforts of A/C and heating, a nice little bathroom, a kitchenette, a large friendly studio with a decor mezzanine. The brand new 160 wide sofa bed, from the Sofa House!! Great comfort!
