Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Indian Harbour Beach

My 5 family members, our dogs, and I enjoyed our stay at Kosta’s home! They were very kind to let us bring our 5 dogs. The home was mostly as described, with a few things I’d like future guests to know ahead of time: If you plan to use the office with the pullout bed/couch, you need to bring a mattress topper as it is very springy and not cushioned. We had to purchase one while there. One of the queen bedrooms has a poorly designed bed frame that will slip out of place easily, so the bed will become tilted and need to be put back in place. There are Eco settings on the AC system that won’t let it go below 72 degrees. The system often maintained 75-76 degrees, rarely dropping below that even at night. We all felt that this Airbnb was warmer than most others we have stayed at in Florida. We do think the price was fair for the duration and location, but we expected better AC and beds. Overall we were happy with our stay, I just wanted to be transparent about those things!

We stayed at Beth's place while visiting family in Sebastian. I was worried about it being noisy being so close to a main road but once you're on the street, you forget how close you are. It is quiet, with a park within walking distance and felt very safe, even at night. The location made it perfect to get to where we wanted to go. We were 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from our family. Magic Kingdom is less than 1.5 hours away. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We have 2 small children and there was plenty of room for them to run around inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of and more! The beds and linen were also very comfortable and everything was spotless. The baclyard was wonderful! We used the grill and the fire pit for smores, both were easy to use. My son loved the hammocks and I appreciated the picnic table for outside dinners. The AC and appliances worked great as well. We would definitely book again!

This was our second time staying at his beach house. It is in a perfect location, not many people on the beach which makes it so much more enjoyable and just a few steps from the patio to the sand which we absolutely love. The house has everything we needed. Nari is a great host who responds quickly and is very kind. The beds are comfortable and the lay out is nice. It was great waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean each morning. Thanks for a great stay Nari! We will be back!

We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

9 of us stayed the day before a cruise. House was very nice had room for all of us with no issues at all. Only there for a few hours due to flight delays but had no issues at all. Very quiet area, restaurants very close by along with store if you need to get anything. If we are in the area again will definitely be looking to rebook

Tim’s place is AirBnB as it was meant to be. His communication hits all the marks for content, clarity, and responsiveness. His listing is precisely as described with nothing hidden. If you need something, just ask, Tim will do everything he can to fulfill a reasonable request. During the weekend he even checked in with me to ask if I needed anything or to let me know if he was going to be unavailable for a while. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and we put 11 in it with room to spare. Perhaps one of the nicest things about Tim’s place is the check out instructions, or should I say the lack of them. Truly the kindest words an AirBnB host can say are “I charge you a cleaning fee so I don’t think you should have to do the cleaning for me”. In all my years of renting AirBnB Tim was the first host to grasp this simple truth and to have the decency to put it into practice. Bottom line on Tim, his place, his policies and his practices are that they’re all 5 star.

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

AMAZING VIEW! Direct beach access, private, super clean, and very clear instructions. Hosts were kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

Claudine's home was wonderful! My sister and I went for a quick weekend trip from Orlando. We enjoyed the Kayking, our unit was very clean, and the host was excellent. We were able to see a missle launch and met the next door neighbor Jim. If you are into NASA this is the place to go! Jim worked at NASA and is an amazing educator! We will definitely return!

Ashley’s place is in a great location for exploring downtown Melbourne and is a short easy drive to beautiful beaches. Everything you want or need is within walking distance. The loft was very comfortable with ample space for two people. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable and relaxing. Ashley was very responsive during our stay and we will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the groovy loft. The location is fantastic and super peaceful, with the beach just steps away. Kathleen was a wonderful, helpful, and responsive host with plenty of recommendations for the area to keep you entertained throughout your trip. We had an absolute blast! (No pun intended!) 🏝️🚀

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!
