This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Melbourne Beach, FL. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at Mathew's place was absolutely great! The house was as described in airbnb listing and comfortable. Mathew was incredibly responsive and was standby to help in anyway we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This house checked off all the boxes for us! We were only staying one night prior to our cruise. We wanted to be in Melbourne and within walking distance to the restaurants. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, making it super easy for morning walks and sunset views. We brought our 6 month old and it was very convenient. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!
