Great Staying! The house looks exactly as in the photos. The location is premium, close to downtown, restaurants, and bars. Anna Carolina was very fast in communicating and very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Good deal!

The house is very cozy and has a beautiful view. The beach in front is perfect, it has crystal clear water and you swim with the fish.

We very much like hosting. At upcoming stays in this location we will try to get to know other accommodations, as we understand that our cottage was not one of the best, although we like it. We consider: Location: Excellent, wonderful view, worth every penny the price paid and every step of the staircases. I do not recommend it for the elderly with some difficulty in locomotion. We miss a couch on the balcony or a hammock. Only 1 bench and 2 chairs ended up tired. Bathroom: Great Kitchen: good, it had almost everything we needed. We miss a bottle opener, spoons (only had one), cups of coffee. Cama: this item left a little to be desired. We found it very high. Pillows had mildew. TV: We took time to use, until we learned the functions of the device, and then realized that the signal was bad, as it locked the image a lot. Air conditioning: we had difficulty disconnecting the device. The remote control didn't seem to work very well. Noise from the ballet: it didn't bother.

Flawless accommodation, beautiful place. It was a dream stay. Thanks to Rodrigo and his teams for their kindness and services. I recommend it 100% for a good relaxing vacation in a great place.

Perfect place to rest and explore the southern and northern beaches, the only bad part is leaving, beautiful view, quick communication with the host, I would definitely come back, I am delighted with everything. Ilhabela is undoubtedly the best place on the north coast!

We were delighted with the apartment in Ilhabela! The location is excellent — close to the historic center, restaurants and the main beaches, but still in a quiet place, ideal for resting. The space was very clean, well decorated and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Giovana was attentive and responded quickly whenever we needed something. Check-in was easy and practical. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

I loved my stay, it's simple, it has the basics there to get by in the kitchen, I felt extremely cozy. I stayed for 6 days and every day I went to a beach, both in nearby cities and in São Sebastião itself. I loved it!!!!!! Manuela and her husband made us feel very comfortable and at home. The North Coast is the jewel of the state.

After traveling 400km by motorcycle, the body just wanted to lie down and rest a little, and the bed was invigorating, very comfortable, a warm bath and we had great recommendations for eating, in addition to the tours! Thank you so much Silvia for the reception, 10 out of 10!!!!

Great hosting, you can easily store the car and do everything walking. All very clean and tidy, it was great to spend the new year on site, and communication was great.

Our stay was excellent! Comfortable location with full kitchen structure. The condominium has good service and structure, such as the large and beautiful pool and on the beach the exclusive service to condominiums with chairs and restaurant. The beach at the front is clean and we saw many different fishes.

My boyfriend and I love the stay. It was definitely the best place I've ever stayed in in Ilhabela. We walked to 4 beaches and to 1 wonderful waterfall! In addition, the site is completely equipped with cookware, very clean and organized. O Alexandre which carried out the cleaning and organization of the place is very friendly and attentive. Natalie and Mari respond super fast and pass on all the necessary information. We will definitely come back more often!
