It is in the neighborhood of Perequê, currently a Shopping Center, within a radius of 600 meters of various services: supermarket, bank branches, restaurants, kiosks, ice cream parlors, bike path, pharmacy, shopping. Located 2 km from the ferry exit and 4.5 km from the Historic Center-Villa, it is possible to make this journey on foot along the waterfront or using the bike path. The sea is 200 meters from the chalet.
