The house is functional and bright. The kitchen is very well-equipped, practical, next to the living room and terrace. The garden is very nice, especially with the heated pool and petanque court. We enjoyed it during our short stay. The house is in a good location, quiet, next to the bakery, the city center, the beaches, etc. We had a pleasant stay with friends in this home.

Great house where we spent a week with our 2 daughters. Excellent equipment, very comfortable house, lots of things within walking distance, sea 200 m away, socket to recharge the car, trampoline in the garden Guillaume and Carine are ultra responsive and very friendly. In short, a great place to discover the area with kids.

Blandine rents a superb Vendee house, very large and very well-equipped in a nature close to the marsh to discover and vast beaches on the ocean. The water is warmer than in Brittany. The islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier are close and very accessible. A beautiful discovery of the Vendee Martime for our family

We had a great time at Capucine's house. From the decoration to the practical side, everything has been thought out to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, close to the center and the sea but far enough back in the forest to be quiet. We'll be back without hesitation, thank you!

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with a superb sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets… thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful bright duplex apartment facing the sea…! An exceptional stay, easy parking, very well-equipped apartment, very functional. Cécile greeted us in person, took the time to explain things. The indoor pool heated to 32' and the jacuzzi to 37', all facing the sea, made our stay perfect.

The house is as described, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and ten minutes from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the listing description but I think that given the rental price it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there are no basic groceries (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) or basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, the cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Very good accommodation where we spent a weekend with the family. Nothing to say, very well equipped and practical. Don't hesitate to book.

Very nice services with a swimming pool that is more than valuable especially during periods of high heat. Unfortunately, it was very very hot during the heat wave, so we were forced to sleep with the windows open, which can be problematic for people with light sleep (capfun camping nearby and the smell of salt marshes at times). That didn't stop us from having a great stay with the family, by the pool, and close to the beach and the city center. We recommend it.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and well-appointed. Well located: beach and city center 5 minutes by bike via bike paths. Great for friends and family. Numerous bike paths in Bretignolles and the surrounding area, even with young children. Secure swimming pool and beautiful terrace. We had a lovely week there!

It's a fantastic house that calls for relaxation and fun shared with friends Beautiful performance between the decor, the facilities such as the summer kitchen open to the garden, this beautiful pool and this small bowling alley to finish spending a beautiful evening with friends... We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

A very good weekend spent with family at Franck's, who greeted me with a smile.😊 Pool at 28 degrees, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden, pool, terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Good luck and maybe see you next time.😃

Our stay went great, impeccable accommodation, very nice house, warm with exemplary cleanliness, functional house. The pool and a highlight of the super nice heated house, the views are resplendent. Madeleine is very welcoming, she is very accommodating for schedules. The house is in a very nice location, close to villages, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool and hot tub are a real plus for rent. I highly recommend it!

Marion is a really charming, attentive and available host. Her house is exactly as pictured: very spacious, modern, comfortable and bright. The environment is ideally quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with access to the forest and not far from the beach. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

We cannot recommend Mikael and his beautiful home enough! As a host Mikael is super! Very responsive with quick and friendly communication and answered any questions we had, and would translate perfectly when needed. Now to the home... Wow! The house is stunning, immaculately clean and elegantly designed with all new and modern facilities. The outside area is a glorious suntrap and the pool offers a welcome break to cool off. We stayed as a family of four adults and one dog and we had plenty of room and a bathroom per couple, the master bedroom enjoying an ensuite. The area is peaceful and clean and a short drive or about 20 min walk, from the nearest town. Close to larger towns like St John de Mont or a pretty drive to Sable d'ollone for a day out. We loved our stay here and hope to return. Thank you for having us Mikael, and for being a fantastic host!

Chris and Lo are a very nice, accessible and responsive host couple. My little family and I had a great weekend at this residence. Quiet, relaxing, spacious, tastefully decorated.
