On the ground floor, living room and kitchen of 30 m², upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet 30 m² accessible by a spiral staircase of 1 meter in diameter. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from bedroom 1. There is no garden but a small courtyard to leave bicycles and put a barbecue. Family home ideal for 4 people.

There is no possibility of adding a baby bed (baby cot or other) in the bedroom. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The house, located at the bottom of our garden, is at the exit of the port and 5 minutes' walk from all the shops.
