Vacation rentals with a patio in Île d'Yeu

We had a pleasant weekend in this studio. The studio is clean, and quiet. Panoramic view of the sea. Super nice to be able to wake up and eat in front of this view.

Very good accommodation, and very clean, with small balcony, easy to park, very nice accommodation but only for a couple without children, secure accommodation, not far from the pedestrian street, I recommend the accommodation to people, and a big thank you to the owners

Christophe guided us well for our arrival and very well hosted. She's a very nice person. Shops are close to the property, the beach is a stone's throw away . We had a great time. We will recommend it to family and friends.

Accommodation faithful to the description 100 m from the beach which is really nice, shops nearby also so that we don't need to take the car too much, carnival in the evening and water park nearby. I recommend it.

Family stay for 6 for the Ascension long weekend. We loved our stay at Mathieu's house. The house is super clean, the decor is recent and neat. We found all the comforts we needed. The bedding is of good quality. The garden is charming and we enjoyed it with the beautiful sun that was waiting for us. The location is also great because the house is quiet in a small cul-de-sac but within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) from the port and its restaurants and bars, the landing stage and bike rentals in Port Joinville. In short, a wonderful stay. Thanks to Mathieu and Lindsey who is charming.

We spent 3 nights on the island of Yeu with family and friends. The house is very nice, tasteful, everything is perfect! Modern, functional and pleasant! We felt right at home and would highly recommend it! We hope to be back soon!

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very well located and very well furnished. The entrance overlooks the street but the rooms are located at the back, so it is extremely quiet. The veranda and the small terrace are a plus for this accommodation located in the city.

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Nice place in a beautiful place. We had a pleasant stay with a nice walk and a beautiful beach nearby.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation as described, Mariereine was responsive and very kind (I was almost 1 hour late).

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Great location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️
