Very nice accommodation, located close to the center, while being quiet. The train passes in front but you can hear it very little. Very responsive hosts, I highly recommend the accommodation 🤗

We had a great weekend at Jacques's! Very nice house, it felt like home. We enjoyed the garden, as the weather was beautiful. The location of the house is great, you can do anything on foot! We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic – once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is practically furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the division of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with limited mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home that we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

Very nice accommodation, well appointed and well decorated. The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the city center is within walking distance. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The small inner courtyard is very nice (and very convenient with children). Very good communication with the hosts! We strongly recommend this house!

The owners are very kind and available, a beautiful house, spacious & useful, well located but I would recommend air conditioning otherwise the hot evenings can be unbearable.

Brand new accommodation, well-equipped and very well thought out with plenty of storage. Location in the center close to the sea and all amenities as well as restaurants, but with the advantage of a small quiet street. A big thank you again to Nicolas for his responsiveness, as well as to Florence for hosting us and for her flexibility. Everything was perfect, see you soon!

A perfect place for exploring the town- just few minutes walk from the beach- easy to access from the train station- lovely place and we really enjoyed the hot tubs . Don’t miss it!

despite the unpredictable weather, we had a lovely weekend in Les Sables d'Olonne. The accommodation lived up to our expectations and was unanimously approved by our children. We'll be back one day, for sure...

Jessica is a very welcoming and smiling person, very good communication before and during. The accommodation had everything, even more (coffee, sugar, tea, bed linen and hygiene, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) rare. slept very well, very nice terrace if you have to go to Challans I highly recommend this studio.

The location of the accommodation is very good (parking nearby), close to the center, the market and the beach. It complies with the indications. Clean and well-equipped place. Communication with the owners is very pleasant and fast. I would recommend the place.

We spent a few days with family in this small house. Ideally located because the beach, the city center or the train station are within walking distance. Cynthia is a responsive and available host. And we thank her for hosting us.

The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched our expectations. Clean, extremely bright (even in rainy weather!), very well-equipped, good location in a quiet area but close to the beach (15-20 min walk, 5 min drive), free parking just in front, shopping area 5 min drive, in short nothing to complain about, a real quiet vacation home, we will come back!

We had a great time at Valerie's place; quiet location perfect for discovering the Sables, neat decor, perfect home amenities and incredible small outdoor area for lunch in the sun.
