Our 200 m2 house is located in the middle of nature near a bike path leading directly to the wild coast and the beaches of Sabias and Belle Maison (5'). Port Joinville is 9 minutes away by bike. The rooms: 5 bedrooms including 1 master suite of 40 m², 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, kitchen, living room of 30 m², 25 m² SAM, garden of 3000 m²

The Vacation Home

This is a house designed for 4 people. Located at the end of the Impasse des Beugasses on a 630 m² plot, you will find calm for your vacation or weekend. Note: rental is by the week from Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM for the months of July and August; outside this period, rental is by the night with flexible hours depending on the current rental. The house is registered for rental with the Ile d'Yeu town hall and has a registration number - No. 85/11/30/00/38/514

On the beach just across the street, you can fish for shells in the rocks, go diving, swim, sunbathe. 15 minutes by bike you will discover the wild coast and its coves. With its small kitchen, bathroom, a very large upstairs bedroom with 3 beds, a beautiful living room with a sofa bed for 2 people on the ground floor.

Au calme, entre le marais et la mer, notre maison est à la fois proche de la plage et au coeur de la nature. Avec un agréable jardin de 1700 m², vous apprécierez le calme, l'espace, la luminosité, la végétation et le chant des oiseaux. Seulement 5 min à vélo de port Joinville et à peine 100m de la plage, au bout d'un petit chemin et au coeur d'une zone naturelle protégée, l'endroit est vraiment paisible et tourné vers la nature.
