The apartment is perfectly furnished, very clean and really functional! The bedding is very good quality and the residence is very quiet despite the high number of people on the weekend of the ascension! The environment is pleasant, the beach is directly accessible from the residence in a few steps, restaurants, bakery and a supermarket are also very easy to access on foot! A private parking space would really be a plus, the free spaces around the residence are very rare when the sun brings the crowd back to the beach! I would recommend this very nice apartment!

Small friendly stay in this Airbnb, close to Noirmoutier. The host was responsive: being certain that the check-in was via a lockbox, I had not notified them of our arrival. Despite this, he welcomed us directly and was very understanding. I would this property.

Hello, we had a great stay. The apartment is super well located, facing the sea, the view is magnificent. The terrace is great, we were able to have all meals on it. Great shower! The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice, it's not yet the high season, not too many people, so we were able to fully enjoy it! The beach on foot is great! Nothing to say, the apartment was very clean when we arrived. Alex the concierge, great welcome, very good explanations! In addition the weather was great! Great stay!

I stayed with my 9-year-old son from May 27 to June 1, 2025. The studio is perfect for two people. We were like being at home. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness deserves the highest praise. In a word, perfect!!!! The view from the windows is breathtaking, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The location of the studio is great, everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, bars, market. Parking near the entrance. The studio is right on the ocean shore. I recommend this place for a vacation to everyone. This is the most comfortable place to stay. Julia is very pleasant and attentive and caring. I'm always available to answer any questions and help. A taste of "come back" with certainty: we loved the beautiful entrance adorned with fragrant and flowering wisteria, the character and history of this accommodation and the magnificent views of the sea and vegetation. A peaceful place where life is good. Easy access to all amenities. We stayed with a 2-year-old child: the terrace can be closed which is very secure. In short, we are charmed and we highly recommend this rental!

Looks just as it does in the photos, super convenient location, great views. Sometimes Air Bnbs can feel a bit sterile and devoid of character, but it's clear that Gerard's place is a home that is frequently lived in, giving it warmth with many personal touches all over the home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition. The fact that it came with parking was a huge bonus, though the walk from the carpark up to is easier if you don't have your arms full of bags! Gerard was very communicative, though we were checked-in by his son on the day, who was very kind, polite and pleasant. We stayed during very hot weather so had the windows open to benefit from the breeze, (didn't notice the desk fan until day 2) this meant that the lively ambiance was enjoyed from the flat, it didn't go on particularly late but if you're into silent, early nights you may want to keep the windows closed or stay somewhere remote or less fun!

We had a lovely weekend in Anna's place. The accommodation is like new, nicely decorated, very clean and practically by the ocean. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Very good stay. The listing is the same as Photos. The balneo is great. However, it's a shame that we can't use it as many times as we wish because of the hot water tank's recharge time. Sea view, very soothing setting.

Very good accommodation that matches the photos. The facilities are well maintained and the Jacuzzi is already ready on arrival, no need to fill it and heat it up compared to other listings.

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in the accommodation is the cherry on top, with a sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge was for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings but the first project was to relax, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really great too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and thoughtful touches.
