Logement parfait, environnement tranquille devant un parc, boulangerie à 2 minutes, accès facile au centre-ville (petite marche + traversier gratuit ou métro à 10 minutes). Les hôtes sont sympathiques, accommodants et fiables. Très belle expérience !

Joost et sa femme sont particulièrement accueillants. Leur côté chaleureux a contribué à rendre notre séjour familier et sympathique. Literie excellente. Propreté parfaite. Le petit déjeuner apporté chaque matin avec le sourire était confectionné avec soin, bon et copieux. Ce moment était l'occasion de discuter un peu avec de couple ouvert et bienveillant. L'appartement, facile à trouver - est extrêmement agréable, bien meublé, accessible et dans un cadre verdoyant et paisible. Le tram qui nous mène en centre ville et dans le quartier des Musées est à 3 minutes à pied et les trams très fréquents. Nous n'avons pas regretté du tout de ne pas être en centre ville Tout a été positif. Nous recommandons sans réserve l'appartement de Joost et sa femme

Osjećali smo se ugodno u smještaju, koji je bio uredan i svime opremljen. Lokacija je dobra i koristili smo se javnim prijevozom, tramvaj broj 19, ako ste grupa do 5 ljudi možete preko aplikacije kupiti dnevnu grupnu kartu za 26 eura koja se nama jako isplatila jer je inače oko 9 eura pojedinačna dnevna karta. U blizini smještaja je i trgovački centar i željeznički kolodvor. U ovoj četvrti smo se osjećali sigurno.

Ubytování odpovídalo popisu, dům i sousedství bylo poklidné. V blízkosti dostatek obchodů, nákupní centrum i vlak který jezdí často a v centru Amsterdamu jste za 10 minut.Hostitelka byla velice milá a nápomocná.Při příjezdu jsme obdrželi veškeré informace a komunikace byla skvělá i v průběhu pobytu. Náš syn si mohl odvést i plyšáka na památku.

A superb place! We enjoyed staying at Monica’s place very much - it was beautiful, had all the conveniences of a modern home and yet a beautiful charm of an ancient place! The building is leaning and everything is at a slight angle - typical of Amsterdam and definitely charming. Our 1 year old who just learned to walk and kept wobbling to the leaning side which was funny to watch. Very steep staircase up to the apartment which again is typical to Amsterdam. We didn’t mind but it’s a workout for sure! Highly recommend for a very convenient location, comforts of a home and old time charm. Thanks Monica!

Nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam haben wir die Ruhe in Broek in Waterland bei Haico sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben: ein bequemes Bett, eine saubere Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir unser Frühstück zubereiten und abends kleine Mahlzeiten wie Pasta oder Sandwiches machen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell nach Amsterdam zu gelangen, und die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Great location, close to central station, would definitely stay here again. Ron was very helpful with both check-in and check-out.

Great location. Easy access to city center. Supermarket and cafe 2 min walk. Clean. Has everything you need for short stay. You can cook simple dishes. Mark and Patrick are friendly and supportive with helpful local recommendations. Only thing surprised me was they asked us to write down our passport numbers and DOB in a form, which might sound uncomfortable as these are very personal details that we usually avoid to share. But if it’s culturally accepted in NL, it’s fine. Other than this I’ll recommend this place

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

Schöne, kleine Unterkunft. Perfekt geeignet um mit der Bahn nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Kommunikation mit den Hosts lief problemlos. Die 2 Nächte vor Ort haben uns gut gefallen.

“My stay at Evert’s place was 10/5 stars. The location is wonderful - right on the canal, down the street from a lovely cafe and flower shop and central to popular and nontouristy attractions alike. Evert is a wonderful and warm host who has meticulously curated a beautiful and homey flat. He provides extensive resources on the artistic hidden gems of Amsterdam within the flat’s book collection, which I found helpful and charming. The flat is on the second floor of the building owned by Evert and looks onto the canal. Evert welcomed me and showed me how to access the property so I could come and go as I pleased and had the independence and privacy that I desired. Would be a dream to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Amsterdam. Wonderful hosts that thought of everything. Large cocktail ice cubes, filtered water machine, chilled beverages in the frig, instant hot water faucet specifically for hot tea at the kitchen sink, great packet of information about the area, umbrella if needed and more. The flat was extremely clean, well decorated and in a great location to immerse yourself in Amsterdam. I would recommend this flat and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt und war mit Abstand das schönste Apartment, welches wir beim Reisen je hatten. Da ist auch egal, dass wir nicht das beste Wetter hatten, die Aussicht sowohl auf das Meer, als auch auf die Dünen entschädigt dies. Wir haben somit eine tolle Erinnerung an unseren ersten Urlaub mit Baby.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

Peet был невероятно внимательным и отзывчивым хозяином — дал чёткие инструкции, быстро отвечал на сообщения и с готовностью помог, когда у меня возник вопрос по технике. Квартира очень уютная, чистая и отлично расположена. Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, было под рукой. Особенно порадовало наличие мелочей, таких как яйцеварка и подробная инструкция по дому — видно, что хозяин действительно заботится о гостях. Рекомендую с уверенностью и с удовольствием вернусь снова!

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Henri our stay was very nice and the personal touch like ,fruit,beard,eggs etc in the fridge and the other personal touches in the flat made us very welcome,if we come to Amsterdam again i would definitely stay there,it was excellent.thankyou mel & henri for allowing us to share your home with us .
