A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Wees welkom in de moderne bed & breakfast aan boord van woonschip Sequana. Met een ligplaats aan de oever van het IJmeer. We verwelkomen je graag in de kapiteinshut van dit mooie woonschip. De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

This unique, renovated, cosy and stylish decorated apartment is located in the souterrain of a historical canal house at a quiet green park. In the house you've your own entrance with key. The bedroom is located in the back of the appartment, overlooking the quiet green garden. You may start your day with a coffee in the sun on the bench in front of the house. The place is very comfortable and suits your needs visiting Amsterdam. Shops, musea, restaurants are within walking distance.

In de zomer kan je heerlijk op de steiger naast de boot zitten en zeker ook zwemmen! We zijn er om je te inspireren en op weg te helpen om in Amsterdam je weg te vinden. We hebben zelf ook veel gereisd, dus we weten wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke tijd in de prachtige stad Amsterdam.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

By train, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam in 11 minutes. Local Amsterdam life is 3 to 10 minutes away by bike. Trendy Amsterdam East, Amsterdam Beach, daily local market (Dappermarkt). Or rather nature. The Amsterdam Rhine Canal is in our backyard. In short, variety and comfort in Amsterdam.
