Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ichikawa

We are 4 peoples lives in the house and it really fits for us 4 because of the big luggage that we carry. And with 4 beds available, each one of us can use it individually and there are also AC in each bedroom. The 2 beds in one of bedroom actually can be used by 2 peoples and there are also futon available. All of appliances in the house including in living room, kitchen, washroom, toilet, are easy to use. There are many instructions around the house which also explain in English so it really helpful. We did late check in but it is not difficult to find the house and also to enter the house by self check in. The house is around 5 minutes walk from Keisei Koiwa station and we get a very clear direction to get to the house by Chisaki and team. There are Seven Eleven, Family Mart, and other mart near the house. Chisaki and team are so helpful and very responsive with our question regarding the house.

大変お世話になりました。とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。本や雑誌で見ていたとはいえ、やはり実際に体感してみて納得の連続でした。東京なのに穏やかで、とても暮らしやすいと感じました。スミレアオイハウスはありきたりな言葉ですが、とても居心地が良く、手触りが良く、程よい空間で25年前に本を読んで感動した時の感覚がリアルに蘇り、さらに肌感覚で素晴らしさを体感できました。本当にゲストハウスにされたことを心から感謝します。体験させていただき本当にありがとうございました。

Absolutely loved our stay at Hiromi’s place. Hiromi and her husband were excellent hosts - even buying a small gift for our 3 year old. The house has everything you need with comfortable beds and super close to the train station.

Koji and Nami went above and beyond to accommodate us - especially as I had a bad knee, they were very flexible with making sure I was okay. They had great recommendations of where to eat and shop and were extremely responsive. The house was spotless and very comfortable in a convenient location. if i come back to tokyo, i will definitely stay here. Koji and Nami are sincere, genuine, and kind people. The perfect hosts.

The house is very easy to locate. if you have luggage then follow the main road. Turn right at the train exit and turn after the post office. If no luggage then walking via the footpath in park will have some steps. The house has all the amenities for a big family vacation. I didn't know to turn on the gas tap near the stove top for cooking but it's ok after I had figured it. I came in mid June for visiting the Rose garden and the Yachio station sell the ticket to the garden and this includes the return train ride to the YachioMidirigaoka station. Best to enjoy the walk to the garden and take the bus afterwards back to the station. Best to visit mid May or early June for rose viewing. Mid June is good for hydrangea. Aeon mall at the midigaoka station is definitely worth a visit. My host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless and very clean. I enjoyed the experience staying in the home.

The K-Family Koji were probably the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever had. Super clear instructions for everything. Extremely friendly and accessible. The place itself was fantastic. Had everything we needed for a family of six and was very comfortable.

일단 숙소가 너무 예뻤고.. 다다미 있는 숙소를 눈에 불을 켜고 찾아다녔는데 이 집이 일본 감성 대박이었어요. 시내에서 좀 떨어지긴 했지만 그래서 그런지 외국인들이 거의 없어서 오히려 새롭고 좋았어요~! 집주인분도 엄청 친절하십니다!

The one word to describe this home is EFFICIENT. It is cute, organized and very well maintained. It's also cleaned properly. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The best part is the host is uber quick to respond to messages. Good host. House is about 20minutes walk from Koiwa station and from there you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Note: train runs by the house but for some reason the sound did not bother me. Definitely recommend.

Yutaka is an amazing host! His apartment was super relaxing and conveniently located to an awesome mall and walking distance from the station. I’m ready to return. See you in the future Yutaka!

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

The place was as described and easy to get to!There’s also a HALAL kebab store nearby which was really a plus point!Loved everything here and will definitely be back.

+ve: 打開五個行李箱也沒有問題，床很好睡，應有的設備一應俱全，入住指示清晰，有問題時，回覆很快，火車聲音影響不大 -ve: 1. 房間安排在3樓，沒有電梯，只有樓梯，樓梯有點窄不太好走（其實簡單已有說明，就看能不能接受） 2. 廁所有異味，氣味沒有辦法散去 3. 雖然有洗衣機，但晾衣服的空間不足 4. 浴缸很小 5. 無論多少人住，都只有一條鎖匙，進出不太方便

Spotless house in traditional style and beautiful view of the tower

I had a great stay. It was in a good location. No more than 5 minutes from the train station which was on a very convenient line. The room was clean and had working AC and enough to get you by for your stay a microwave etc. Both were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had during my stay regarding where to eat and things like that. Definitely a good spot and I would gladly stay again.

Was a nice stay in Tokyo, great for family or friends as there are 2 rooms to stay. Masaki is very friendly and replies very quickly. Thank you for having us😊

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

I stayed for one night and everything was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth . I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Sik is a great host. He was waiting for us, explained everything and solved any questions in seconds. The place has everything you may need. Coffee, tea, tooth paste, soap and softener for the washing machine. The dryer worked well. All super clean. Super recommended!!
