When you come by car, it takes 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-o Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The nearest station is Otaki Station, a 12-minute walk away.(Due to the impact of the Isumi Railway derailment, some sections will be covered by the Isumi Railway Substitute Bus)

This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Large windows allow you to enjoy the four seasons of the forest, making for a pleasant and comfortable experience. The tiny house opens up the choice of "live freely with the people you like, wherever you like". I hope the experience of living here will be memorable and life richer for you.

A Japanese-style house is available for private use by one group. The space is 72 m2, so you can relax in comfort. Ideal for couples, families, and groups. Our house is located 15 minutes from Narita Airport or Narita Station by car. Ideal for guests using Narita Airport. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.

Log-style lakeside cabin in Nagara, Chiba (~1 hr from Tokyo). A calm nature escape filled with birdsong and breezes, perfect for families or friend groups. Sleeps up to 6 with a stocked kitchen and appliances for easy self-catering, plus parking for 2–3 cars. Enjoy BBQ and a firepit on the deck or gazebo in any weather, then relax under starry skies. Optional sauna hut (60–80°C) is ¥5,000 per session, with outdoor cooldown and a bath. Up to 2 small dogs welcome. Late checkout at 1:00 pm.
