The Studio-Pfauen is on the main street, 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the train station. It is furnished for 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor with private entrance. Suitable for bike and/or motorcycle riders as our workshop is on the first floor. Book 3 nights or more with us and receive the Appenzell vacation card with 25 attractive free offers, as well as arrival and return travel by public transport in Switzerland. Parking is available. The postbus stop Hintertschwil is 1.1 km away and Degersheim train station is 2.5 km away. Having your own vehicle is highly recommended. The apartment is located at the entrance to the Wissbach Gorge and 9 km away from the Treetop Trail and 16 km from the St. Gallen Monastery.

Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

During the theater season (from September to June), there is usually a lively cultural operation with dance/theater/music or comedy on Saturdays. Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.
