Charming guest house

Charming little guesthouse in our garden. 10 minutes walk to Stuvsta station with commuter train to Stockholm city. The guesthouse has a living room with kitchen, one bathroom and one separate bedroom. Fully furnished with a continental bed (120 cm), wardrobe, sofa and kitchen table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. The cottage is primarily built for one person, but there is also a sleeping loft of 15 mq, but with limited ceiling height, with 2 mattresses of 80 cm. Note: No parking!

Own cottage with room for 1-3 people. Sofa and small dining area and small kitchenette with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Small shower and toilet. The whole cabin is 15 sqm. The cottage is located on a villa plot with a protected location. Parking space on premises. TV screen with chromecast. The bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bed is 90 cm. Approx. 4 minute walk to bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about a quarter of a commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

We had a pleasant 3-night stay in this very charming, well-equipped and comfortable little house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, within a reasonable distance of public transportation, which is convenient for getting around. As French people, we have a little trouble sleeping with daylight, and although curtains are present, they are unfortunately not blackout. It's a small detail, but it can make a difference for some travelers. The spa is a real plus and very nice to relax, even if a slight unpleasant smell emanated from it during our stay. Thanks to Leva for this rental and hosting us!

Jan's apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is well equipped. By public transport, you can be in the center of Stockholm in less than half an hour, so you can safely leave the car. If we visit Stockholm again, we would definitely book the apartment again.

There were six of us and we had wonderful days in the Swedish house. Everything was very spacious, clean and lovingly furnished. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city by bus and train, which is absolutely ok. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend the house.

Amazing value. I was visiting for a hockey tournament at the Avicii arena and the bus stop right outside the house gets you there quick. Full kitchen and super comfortable bed. Highly recommend.
