Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind , luxurious, and family-friendly space. Our home craves a family that wants to enjoy a wonderful place all seasons with open and social spaces. Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Centrally located accommodation right between the city center and grisslinge sea swimming. Newly renovated house in the old style divided into 60 square meters plus large loft. Full equipped kitchen. Several patios in all directions, large heated pool (June-September), hot tub hot all year round ,barbecue, etc. Bathrobe distance to Värmdö's largest beach,with cafe , bakery, food truck, sweets, ice cream, etc . Or go down to the area's own little beach.

Ett vackert, luftigt och nybyggt hus med pool, bastu, eldstad utomhus/inomhus och växthus med pizzaugn. Beläget i total stillhet, nära havet och ändå 45 minuters bussresa in till Stockholm. Här bor ni bekvämt upp till 10 personer och har självklart hela huset och trädgården för er själva!
