This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Our home is a bright house with a garden. It holds both a jacuzzi and an open fire place, ond balocony and a terrace. The house is very practical Our neighborhood is located south of the core of Stockholm, in a green environmemt and with many options to commute inte the city center or to several nature areas. Its a great spot for children and adults. It is located 10 minutes (walk) from the station Älvsjö from which Stockholm city can be reached by 10 minutes of train.

Välkommen till vår villa som ligger lite lugnt och skönt ute på landet, omgiven av skog och öppna åkrar. Det är perfekt för dig som vill komma bort från stadens brus men ändå ha nära till allt. Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.
