We had a wonderful week at Julia’s beautiful home. It was just two adults and our daughter, but there was plenty of room for more, and we comfortably hosted some friends with kids for dinner one night. So nice being able to walk out the back door into the woods and the nearby small lake. Our 2yr old loved the toys, flowers, records, and books around the house. I enjoyed the sauna in the basement and the views out of every window surrounded by trees and other homes but feeling very private. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very comfortable with all tools and cookware we needed. In short, this is a wonderful family friendly home and we would happily return here again. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found something special. The house is great, tastefully styled, and every bit as gorgeous as the photos. Each morning we woke to breathtaking views, and the setting struck a perfect balance, blissfully quiet yet only a short, easy drive to the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very nice and cozy house with several fresh, clean and cozy rooms. Large lovely garden, wonderful surroundings with nice walking paths both on gravel roads and in the forest. Close to public transport and a good grocery store. Good and clear information from Jimmy and Pernilla, easy to connect with and great care for our dogs who were welcomed with water and food bowls, dog bags, tick remover and nail clippers! We are incredibly pleased with our stay and will be more than happy to come back. Highly recommend this nice and fantastic accommodation - especially for you with pets! / Linda & Co.

Truly one of the most comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful Air BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in! The reality far exceeded the listing photos as well as my expectations. Located at the end of a pretty cul de sac, everything you could possibly need is available in the house and there are beautiful walks in the area - although it’s hard to tear yourself away from the lovely interior, stunning deck overlooking the lake, and private back garden with fascinating rock formations and cheerful summer flowers. I spent 4 wonderful days here and will always cherish the memory.

Incredible place with stunning views. The house is more than well-equipped and Anders made sure to help us get started with the sauna, hot tub and grill!

We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

We had an amazing weekend at Ornö! The house is beautifully located with a lake view and very close to the beach/jetty. Arne was available and so we got in properly when we arrived. The large wooden deck that runs around the whole house made the jus feel big and luxurious, which set is also. The wooden deck only reinforced the feeling of space. All rooms were fresh and cozy and both the kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. We are more than happy to come back to Arne's house!

My friends and I had a peaceful and cozy time celebrating Christmas at Fredrika’s place. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Families with children will surely find this place great.

Our stay at Johan's was incredible! We felt so at home in his lovely house. Johan was the perfect host, offering recommendations, quick responses to questions and making us feel welcome and accommodated. Highly recommend this place if you are wanting a peaceful setting in a lovely home!

We stayed with three families and lots of kids. The playroom with tons of toys was a game changer. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed three cooks to cook dinner for us with ease. Getting into Stockholm and to the airport with the bus/train was very straight forward and practical. The supermarket is pretty close by in a huge mall, so while it’s quiet and private, you are not cut off. We loved it!

Would definitely recommend a stay in Fredrik's residence. Amazing house with spacious surroundings. Idyllic location with short distance to the beach and suit distance to Stockholm centre.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Fredrik's house is a wonderful place of modern architecture, with a magnificent terrace that merges seamlessly into the Swedish landscape. It offers a stunning view of the nature around the house. The kitchen, and everything really, is fully equipped with all you could possibly need. The house is located in a tranquil area, which is favoured by the neighbouring nature reserve and offers several bathing spots. And yet, Stockholm is just a few minutes away. Fredrik and his family are attentive, generous hosts who made sure we had a wonderful time. With this, you do not rent a house, you rent a home. Tack för det!

We really had a fantastic weekend in this lovely house. Well-equipped kitchen, cozy social areas both inside and out and a lovely pool! Hope to maybe come back but then with the family ☀️

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Thank You Therese!!!

We had a great time in the cozy house with our family and enjoyed nice barbecues on the big veranda. Our daughter loved the pool and trampoline. The contact with Niclas was very friendly and courteous.

This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant. After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.

Great house with spa facility in quiet residential area. View with the sunset over the Vallentuna lake. Located on the border of Täby so close to go from central Stockholm. Karolina was helpful and quickly responded when I had questions.
