Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you can reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim.
