About a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about 15 minutes by commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 minutes.

The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

The cottage has two patios and parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers a hard-to-beat calm with birdsong, swimming lakes and nature reserves around the area. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.
