Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Single-story, the surface area is 40 m2. A large bay window overlooks the terrace in the shade of the oaks (garden furniture and parasol). The residence is fenced, the swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15, children's playground, bowling alley, gym, BBQ, ping pong table.
