*Family Fun Lake Front Getaway*

Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Private up north cottage with large double lot and woods on either side giving excellent privacy and relaxation. Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked w/10 cup coffeemaker. Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious, featuring chairs and lounges.

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
