Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Edyta’s place was perfect - traveling with an infant can be tough, having a place that was equipped with a baby gate, high chair, pack-n-play, and children’s toys made our trip significantly easier. Truly anything you need or want is at or within walking distance to the house! The public beach access, a park, a small convenience/party store and food are all within a 5 mins walk. We had a great trip and can’t wait to visit again (especially once the weather gets a bit warmer!)

The home was extremely clean, well decorated, lots of small amenities and touches that created a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy a very comfortable home. We were able to bring our dogs and enjoyed the nearby nature preserve for a 3 mile hike. We appreciated the cleanliness this home offered, quality of kitchen items for cooking meals, toiletries provided, and comfortable bedding and matress. The host was prompt to respond to questions and helpful in general. We look forward to another stay at this home.

We have stayed at Tom’s place a few times now. He is a very responsive and accommodating host that has a place that is exactly as described. This place is great for staying in the woods with perfect accommodations. There is also a bar/restaurant down the street that is a fun place to go. Tom even recommended the excellent pizza at the Sunoco, demonstrating his knowledge of the area. We are definitely going back as it is totally worth the experience. We use it to atv ride at the Leota trails, and thus allows us to park and ride the whole time. It’s great. Thanks again Tom!

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Christine's place was amazing, she was very helpful. Had a sweet dog to greet us when we got there and made homemade donuts for us. Place is even bigger than advertised. Wifi worked great, everything was clean and homey. Would definitely stay there again.
