Montie’s beach house was an amazing location for our vacation. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach as well as a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and town. My friends and I went on a bicycle ride down the beach with the bikes provided by Montie and we had a great time! 10/10 recommend staying here if you would like a relaxing, fun, beach vacation with family or friends.

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

The Airbnb is certainly a clean home! My friends and I enjoyed our stay, we had a party of 10. I recommend 8 or less though unless you have three to a bed, because the couch is not comfortable to sleep on. There are plenty of chairs by the garage if you're worried about seating the the kitchen. Would 100% book again!

This was a perfect place for us for our 3-day Disney trip. Super fun design for kids. Had everything we needed. It was walkable for us with a stroller and my parents who are 65. We would happily return. The only improvement could be the air conditioner. It struggled to cool the house down but the weather was nice enough we were able to get comfortable. Thank you making our Disney trip convenient and comfortable.

This was a great location for our vacation! super close to the beach - very short walk. So much to do in the area and very close to the Venice Canals. very roomy with plenty of outdoor space and places to relax. we had a great stay and Vanessa was a great host and provided everything we needed, even beach toys for the kids!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

The location was great. I would deff stay here again. I really enjoyed my time in SoCal & this was a great home base. A lot of space for bigger groups.

I can’t praise Anthony and this spectacular home enough!!! My multigenerational family loved staying at this condo for a Disney vacation and saved on parking costs! My daughter loved the kids room and played dress up with the costumes. Grandma could sleep downstairs on the couch bed without having to walk up the stairs to a bed. Disneyland entrance is a 10 minute walk so we went to Disneyland and Downtown Disney with ease. The supplies for the beach made it easy to go to the beach with all the gear you need. There is nothing Anthony has not thought of and any questions he responds quickly with amazing support! You will love this place!

Amazing stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Great location and the host was responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Would definitely book again!

The home was as described and the location was perfect! Laurie was extremely responsive and accommodating to our request to check in early. I would advise that if anyone in your group have mobility issues, this is not the location for you as there are several steps to navigate (we learned just how heavy our luggage was bringing them up from the garage 😂). The home was clean, the water was hot and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved being just steps from Hollywood Boulevard. I would stay again.

Katie was a wonderful host, responsive and easy to work with. Excellent spot: clean, modern, and in a great location for hitting all the LA hotspots. The arcade room was a fun bonus, and having gated parking was a real plus. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! Fantastic location, clean and open rooms, great beds, it had everything we could want! We particularly loved all the books. If you need a place to stay in NoHo's, look no further!

It was a great stay! The place is neat and the location is great! Daily necessities are provided. Hosts are nice as well.

We had an amazing stay at Nangel’s house. From start to finish, her communication was excellent. Neighborhood was so fun, with lots of shopping and restaurants just a few blocks away. Her house was pristine with large bedrooms and bathroom. It was also very private and quiet. Before arrival, Nangel gave us lots of great ideas for shopping and eating. Parking on the street was very easy each time we came home. We would highly recommend booking here to explore Venice Beach and Santa Monica!!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Well appointed large space. Very comfortable. Everything you need. Excellent mattresses and pillows so great sleeps. Would recommend! This is our 2nd time and we will come again.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

Honestly such a perfect place. So comfy and clean and beautiful, perfect location so close to legendary places like Chateau Marmont and Sunset Tower,Groceries, Melrose shopping, etc The beds are so comfortable, all the amenities are amazing, Arsen and Andrew we’re so sweet and communicative and we literally didn’t want to leave. I cannot wait to come back. It’s exactly what you need when travelling with friends or family, it feels so private yet you can also enjoy all together in the great kitchen and living room area or in the deck upstairs with the fire pit! If you are travelling to LA and you get a chance to book this place please don’t even hesitate !

Such a wonderful home and by far the best stocked placed Ive ever stayed at. Toilet paper, conditioner/shampoo/bath wash, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquid and pods, water filters, coffee, and more available in plenty which I really appreciated. I only had to buy groceries and with my kids in tow and me often forgetting certain supplies on my first grocery run when arriving at a place, it was invaluable to me to not have to think about some of those basic items. The home was well decorated and clean, the beds were comfy, and host was very accommodating, including assisting me with a delivery. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place for our family reunion in Los Angeles. The place was perfect for the number of guests that we had. The layout was excellent as the common areas were large and enabled lots of family bonding time for our group. It was excellent that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a great feature when traveling with teens and young adult children! Jason was an excellent host. He was extremely attentive and helpful and the house was well equipped! We will definitely stay again the next time our travels take us to LA.
