beautiful place right in the hollywood mix. Great views from the rooftop. Great view from the couch too. walkable to many hollywood attractions. Felt very safe in the area. Overall a great place to stay!

leila’s beautiful home in burbank was the perfect safe haven during my trip to california. it was a 10/10 experience for me, and the home is perfect for any solo travelers or a small party of two! it was exactly as described and more, and leila was kind enough to reserve the driveway for me, however there is plentiful street parking in the neighborhood! very safe, cute, and quiet and within good distance to surrounding cities in california. the space was clean, cozy, and inviting, and leila was amazing at answering questions and providing information. fast wifi and wonderful amenities, highly recommend!

We were in town for a concert at the Palladium and it was a walkable distance from the location. The space was perfect for what we needed and the host was readily available when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay, well located with a market in front and a gas station a few meters away, large, well-ventilated and well-equipped space, Sergiu was super quick to respond to us when we needed something, I definitely recommend this space and would stay again.

I recently stayed at this condo in West Hollywood and had a very positive experience overall. The secure gated garage was a major plus, providing peace of mind for parking. The condo was well-equipped with amenities for cooking, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. Having a built-in washer and dryer in the unit was also very handy. We felt safe in the space throughout our visit, and the location was excellent-just a quick 5-minute drive to a variety of very good restaurants, which made dining out easy and enjoyable. The host was very responsive to all our requests and communicated promptly, contributing to a smooth and pleasant stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom to help guests sleep better, as the current window coverings let in some light. Additionally, there was some road noise audible inside the condo; however, it was muffled and not disruptive. overall a very positive experience.

This apartment is exactly as pictured and we had such a nice time enjoying the view and the space. The beds were cozy and comfy. Everything is clean and well presented. We only stayed one night but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. As others mentioned it’s a little wonky checking in because you have to say you’re on a guest list as opposed to an Airbnb. Then you have to get the keys to the garage from the room to go back and park but it’s a minor inconvenience at most.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough! From the very first morning, it felt like a dream. I woke up to a stunning sunrise over the city, and every moment after that was just as magical. The garden was a peaceful oasis, perfect for sitting outside and soaking in the serenity. The location is unbeatable—quiet, tucked away in the Hills, and just close enough to the Hollywood sign to feel like you’re living a scene straight out of a movie. The view of the city was breathtaking, and all of this came at such an affordable rate. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, tranquility, and a touch of Hollywood glamour, this is it! We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

I stayed at Taylor and Don’s for a week. I had come from Marina del Ray (staying with a friend) so had got used to that side of LA. If you’re from Melbourne AUS - it’s like Southside vs Northside. Coming to the other side as a woman traveling alone, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the area. But Taylor and Don were like instant friends; welcoming, super helpful, answered all my ‘can I walk alone at night questions’ and I felt super safe in their apartment. Plus I really enjoyed our other chats when I did run into them briefly. The apartment has everything you need. It’s cosy and warm when it’s cold and wet (random couple of rainy days); nice and cool after being out in the LA heat all day. The space is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing & has the best views to watch the sunset with a glass of vino. Plus it’s so close to good coffee & croissants (Doubting Thomas). It was also really easy for me to get to and from the galleries/sites/bars/shops etc on my list. Sooo I’ll be back!

Vee’s place was excellent for me , the apartment was clean, efficient parking , balcony to sit outside and relax . Everything about the stay was great , highly recommend Vee’s accommodations

Hank was an outstanding host. He made sure to greet me when I arrived and was super flexible with check in and check out. He was incredibly responsive to all of my requests, from providing a water filter to offering two different bedside reading lamps for my aging eyes. The location is lovely - very private, but walkable to a cute cafe. (Google and Apple maps didn't always know the exact location, so follow Hank's instructions.) The unit has everything you would need, and the bed was very comfortable. Hank thinks of everything, including reusable shopping bags by the door. I loved that there were cloth napkins and dishtowels for the eco-conscious. The bathroom and shower are spacious with amazing views.

This place was convenient to all the spots we wanted to visit. It felt secure with underground parking and nighttime security at the front entrance. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. It faces a shared garden area where tenants pass by or hang out, so people can see in if the blinds are up—we kept them down and had no issues. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting LA.

Excellent location right in the heart of town. Plenty of walkable places nearby. Very Nice amenities on the property, and great views from the Unit. Would stay here agin.

Leon is very responsive and proactive, made sure we had no issues checking in or with the apartment. Located on a quiet street, the place is very convenient if you need to be in Hollywood. We walked to Trader Joe's, our business meeting near Sunset & Vine, the amazing Egyptian theatre, the Sunday farmer's market, and several really lovely restaurants, one of which was five minutes away. The place was clean and a great deal for two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large kitchen, especially in an area of LA that hosts lots of tourists. Busy Sunset is steps away, but the apartment is in a leafy residential neighborhood. This was a great find.

I absolutely loved this place! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the night view was stunning. The security system was excellent — you need a key card to enter the building and use the elevator, which made me feel very safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Honestly the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The area was so convenient I felt like I was pretty close to everything. The view was amazing and I felt like I had everything I needed. I also felt really safe. To get in and out of the complex you needed the key fob and so I knew there wouldn’t be any need to worry about anything. We even walked in the morning to Starbucks. Granted there is homeless in the area but you can tell the area is greatly developing. And I felt safe to walk at 5am to the Starbucks a block away. Definitely will book again.
