This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying in this home. We felt so familiar and comfortable. The hosts are beyond lovely and definitely go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and are comfortable.

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The place is exactly as described. It's a peaceful sanctuary. Ethan is responsive, offered local restaurant suggestions, and arranged an early check-in for us.

This quaint home is magical! You will step into a vintage wonderland that makes Hollywood feel more like it did in the 70s. The space is just as pictured, very clean, great location, lots of beautiful plants, and even a bar to make yourself a welcome cocktail! There's also all the kitchen appliances you need if you like to cook at your Airbnb. Comfy space in general, great for a couple I Deff recommend this stay!

I am so happy we stayed at Michael’s place! It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. The proximity to Universal Studios was so nice as well. Easy to get a Lyft or Uber. House was beautiful, outdoor space was relaxing. Very safe and private neighborhood. The bed was DIVINE. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern villas location in Hollywood hills is the ONLY place I stay when I come to California . Beautiful views great hot tub that actually works unlike a lot of airbnbs open space concept making it easy to flow around. Additionally Bruno is the man he always is ready to help or accommodate . My fav airbnb so far

The home exceeding my expectations. It is well decorated and cares for with many nice features including the kitchen, bathrooms, beds, and outdoor porch accessed through a sliding wall of glass. A great place for coffee every morning, dinner and wine at night. It was located in a beautiful location with amazing views day and night. Sofia was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend this home in the Hollywood Hills for your stay in LA. Very close to everything. The drive into the hills through winding roads was another exciting feature of the location.

Home is unique, as are all the homes in this part, at least, of LA; it has its own personality and character, every bit as nice if not nicer in real life than photos are able to depict. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The narrow street going up the hill gives the whole neighborhood an old European feel. Very much enjoyed the secluded back deck surrounded by the lush foliage [there's a balcony in the front, as well.] The back porch/lanai is secluded, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a great view of the hillside opposite covered with trees and homes, each one its own unique style. The fire pit and the hot tub were just right for enjoying the coolish evenings and mornings. Marine mist that grays the morning sky also makes the air smell wonderfully fresh, especially when the sun comes out, like clockwork, around mid-morning. Master bedroom opens right out onto the back deck and the hot tub.

Mike’s place is outstanding! It’s a beautiful home with a lovely private outdoor area you can enjoy. The house is comfortable and well-appointed with all you need to enjoy your stay. The location is unique and walkable. You can get delicious baked goods at Proof, coffee at Black Elephant, lunch at Dune, and some of the best Thai food in LA at Holy Basil. All within a few minutes walk! Mike is also a wonderful host - proactive, interesting, and kind. We’ve stayed at a number of Airbnbs in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, but this is The One we want to come back to again…and again…thank you, Mike, for being such a great host and sharing your lovely home with visitors to Los Angeles!

This was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful location with nice canyon views. Very vintage, but with modern improvements. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

Awesome stay! The house was super clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. The location was perfect—just a quick drive to Universal Studios and Warner Bros. Incredible location right in the middle of everything you need but extremely tranquil setting. What sets this airbnb apart from many others is the extremely kind and accommodating hosts who were readily available when we had questions or any concerns. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Loved the place! Very chic and comfortable for 2. It would work well for 2 couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pictures do jot do the main floor justice— so much room and natural light and gorgeous views! Love the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again. The only con is that parking was definitely a challenge. Our experience was that offstreet parking was VERY scarce and any spaces were always taken.

We had a great stay at Maysa’s place. She was super responsive and everything was as shown in pictures! Keep in mind it is in the hills so getting there requires lots of curves (for non-LA people like me, I had no idea it was so much). I’d recommend though- it was really peaceful and the outdoor area is so nice!

If you are taking the family to Universal, rent this place. The location is spectacular and only 8 minutes from Universal. The beds were very comfortable. One of the bedrooms is over the garage and separate from the main house. That might be an issue for parents with small children. It was actually fine for our group. One of the adult couples had a nice semi-private getaway. Shopping and restaurants all close by. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again. Only minor complaint was the deck with the hot tub needed sweeping. I’m sure the location makes keeping up with that challenging.

This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.
