Authentic family home, close to great beach neighborhoods. Easy walk to very good Thai & Mexican eats, and basic markets; about 1/2 mile to epic Japanese market & food court. Be prepared for stairs at this clean & comfortable four-level and you'll be rewarded with lots of natural light and views for your effort. Bring your cable app for your phone if you want to watch TV. There is a radio/stereo for AM/FM/CD. Outstanding library if you just want to chill and read a good book. Kitchen was nice and use of house spices & condiments is allowed. There is a hairdryer in the ground floor bath. Host Masha is kind and helpful. We would stay again.

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

The Airbnb is certainly a clean home! My friends and I enjoyed our stay, we had a party of 10. I recommend 8 or less though unless you have three to a bed, because the couch is not comfortable to sleep on. There are plenty of chairs by the garage if you're worried about seating the the kitchen. Would 100% book again!

This was a perfect place for us for our 3-day Disney trip. Super fun design for kids. Had everything we needed. It was walkable for us with a stroller and my parents who are 65. We would happily return. The only improvement could be the air conditioner. It struggled to cool the house down but the weather was nice enough we were able to get comfortable. Thank you making our Disney trip convenient and comfortable.

This was a great location for our vacation! super close to the beach - very short walk. So much to do in the area and very close to the Venice Canals. very roomy with plenty of outdoor space and places to relax. we had a great stay and Vanessa was a great host and provided everything we needed, even beach toys for the kids!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

The location was great. I would deff stay here again. I really enjoyed my time in SoCal & this was a great home base. A lot of space for bigger groups.

I can’t praise Anthony and this spectacular home enough!!! My multigenerational family loved staying at this condo for a Disney vacation and saved on parking costs! My daughter loved the kids room and played dress up with the costumes. Grandma could sleep downstairs on the couch bed without having to walk up the stairs to a bed. Disneyland entrance is a 10 minute walk so we went to Disneyland and Downtown Disney with ease. The supplies for the beach made it easy to go to the beach with all the gear you need. There is nothing Anthony has not thought of and any questions he responds quickly with amazing support! You will love this place!

This was an amazing Airbnb. Much larger than we anticipated honestly, walkable to loads of restaurants and attractions. The host was VERY fast to respond to even minor issues (such as dead batteries in AC remote, replaced in 10 minutes). Easy to find, easy to park, and very cute! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and we easily found all the amenities we needed. The host even left a binder of great spots and restaurants to checkout. Probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Also the checkout was amazing! First time in a long time I wasn’t expected to clean the house before I left. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it!!!

Location is great! With 2 car garage space. Place was well equipped with home amenities. Host was great and was very responsive to my questions and needs. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The major plus of Jason's place is it's spaciousness. Our group of 7 was very comfortable.

This was a very beautiful place. Very clean. Looks just like the pictures. Would stay there again when I am in the area. 10 mins at the most to Universal Studios which was the reason we chose this place. Really a beautiful place.

Wonderful place to stay! Fantastic location, clean and open rooms, great beds, it had everything we could want! We particularly loved all the books. If you need a place to stay in NoHo's, look no further!

An excellent stay in Hollywood. Emilio was a great host! This place comfortably hosted our group of 6. Each room was private, with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and pristine bathrooms. The reserved parking was a bonus too. A great find in a central location.

Sabrina’s space was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lots of outdoor space to spend time in, close to various bars/restaurants, and the beds were SO comfortable! We would definitely stay with Sabrina again if in the area.

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Well appointed large space. Very comfortable. Everything you need. Excellent mattresses and pillows so great sleeps. Would recommend! This is our 2nd time and we will come again.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Edward’s home was very nice and perfect for what we needed.

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

Honestly such a perfect place. So comfy and clean and beautiful, perfect location so close to legendary places like Chateau Marmont and Sunset Tower,Groceries, Melrose shopping, etc The beds are so comfortable, all the amenities are amazing, Arsen and Andrew we’re so sweet and communicative and we literally didn’t want to leave. I cannot wait to come back. It’s exactly what you need when travelling with friends or family, it feels so private yet you can also enjoy all together in the great kitchen and living room area or in the deck upstairs with the fire pit! If you are travelling to LA and you get a chance to book this place please don’t even hesitate !

Such a wonderful home and by far the best stocked placed Ive ever stayed at. Toilet paper, conditioner/shampoo/bath wash, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquid and pods, water filters, coffee, and more available in plenty which I really appreciated. I only had to buy groceries and with my kids in tow and me often forgetting certain supplies on my first grocery run when arriving at a place, it was invaluable to me to not have to think about some of those basic items. The home was well decorated and clean, the beds were comfy, and host was very accommodating, including assisting me with a delivery. Would definitely stay there again.
