Come enjoy the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Our house is located on Holiday Island near the White River and Table Rock Lake. Boating , hiking ,kayaking , fishing, golfing, shopping, and Restaurants! We are 2 minutes from the Marina on Table Rock Lake and the White River, 10 minutes to Eureka Springs as well as the famous Beaver Lake trout tailwaters. In addition there are 27 holes of golf on property. Enjoy all the activities there are to offer or simply relax and enjoy the quiet beauty.

Unwind at The Jefferson Cottage at Holiday Island, a charming home nestled in the Ozark Mountains. The cottage was lovingly restored by a professional designer to convey a sense of peace and relaxation. It boasts an expansive stained wood ceiling, new kitchen and bathrooms, and a relaxing deck to reconnect with nature. Enjoy the view of Table Rock Lake from the eat in kitchen or while grilling from the newly built deck. The cottage is located minutes from the marina and hiking trails.

Our condo is spacious at roughly 2500 sq ft , and features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bath are large with 2 closets, a huge jacuzzi tub with separate shower, and double vanity. The main level features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a handy island. On the lower level are 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath. A patio is accessible from the lower level, and has a hammock and hanging rope chair for relaxing.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cabin offers a fresh, modern design with great light and high ceilings. Includes a hot tub, jacuzzi tub, gas grill w/tools, gas fireplace, 65" TV, dish washer, and access to shared laundry facility. Enjoy the whistling pines off the back deck when the wind blows! Locally roasted coffee while rocking on the back deck is sublime. The kitchen is compact and fully appointed to meet the needs of any cook, barista, or mixologist.

If you are looking for some seclusion and solitude away from the city - this is your place! Extremely clean, comfortable bed, kitchen fully stocked with cookware/ utensils/ appliances, tv with DVD player /DVDs, high speed internet and work area - the list goes on! Just 7 minutes from Sunfest grocery store, or 12 minutes to downtown Eureka. Walk to the lake or enjoy the peace and quiet on the private deck.
