The tenant has access to the washing machine, dryer and freezer space. The tenant has full right of use over outdoor cafe set consisting of garden table and two chairs. In addition, there is by agreement the possibility of access to a lovely covered terrace with evening sun as well as the villa's large garden with fruit trees. Parking is also available.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Many good places nearby. Also the water is almost as close as you can get. I will of course give you a lot of good recommendations for your needs. This is an old building, so some noise must be taken into consideration. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you. My dog also lives here, so it is not allergy friendly, but definitely pet-friendly :)

Beautiful newly renovated holiday apartment located in the basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.
