Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Højbjerg

Great house and a lovely little garden. The location is absolutely perfect in quiet surroundings. 10 minutes from the center of Aarhus by car. A whole through beautiful little garden. It had not been stated that another part of the property was rented out, but with a separate entrance. In addition, there was a cat who couldn't use the cat's body, and insisted on being let into a private room so it could get food, but it wasn't a big problem. The photo that we fell for of the "garden" is not of the garden but the view from the first floor. The main problem was that there was NO closet space, so we had to live out of our suitcases, so we were just about to give 4 stars. But it's a great house with lots of space and 3 lovely living rooms, will definitely consider this home again. We had an amazing week of half rain and half sunshine.

We had a single night in Inge and Bent's cozy little house. We enjoyed the place and the tranquility, and could definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. A really great house, very stylishly decorated. The overall communication worked very well and we felt very comfortable until the end. The house is very quiet and close to the water. Walks and bathing (ice bathing in winter) are possible. If you want a little variety, Aarhus is nearby. A great alternative to Copenhagen with an excellent contemporary art museum. Absolute highlight on vacation: Sally and knives (the cats). Thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Pernille's apartment is exciting and very creatively decorated and she and her husband are really good hosts And they also run a nice little business with a café and a studio.

Excellent stay at Jytte's in the middle of the Danish countryside. Very good communication and responsiveness before our arrival allowing us to best prepare for our stay. Spacious and bright accommodation. Recommended.

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

Lise and her husband were very welcoming when we arrived and left. The apartment is cute, very comfortable and has everything you need. The surroundings are very nice, and it's a 10-minute drive from downtown Silkeborg! I loved everything! 🤍

I highly recommend a stay with Jeanette. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest, the location is fantastic, we cycled daily long trips and had good experiences. Back at the farm, we enjoyed the surroundings, the tranquility and the sight of the farm's horses. Jeanette was extremely kind and attentive to making our stay as good as possible. We will definitely be back .

We were very pleased with the house. It is bright and spacious, and it suited us all perfectly. The house is clean and has all the comforts one could wish for when on vacation. I found the atmosphere warm and personal.

Wonderful stay with our little boys. They loved all the toys, the outside play items, and how comfortable it was. We loved how spacious and comfortable it was. There were so many things that made vacationing with our toddlers easier. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will likely try to stay here again.

Nice little house with what you need. The garden was nice, although it was noisy when cars were driving on the road. Nice terrace area, where we could easily find shelter.
