Enjoy this old, cozy and newly renovated back house (72m2) located on the attractive Frederiksbjerg, very central in the city and yet in a very quiet street. From the street, there is access through the front house to the back house. The house contains on the ground floor living room and kitchen with access to a small terrace. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds It is close to the Central Station, shopping center, cafes, restaurants, small shops, forest and beach.

Cozy apartment in Højbjerg

Nice apartment with walking distance to Moesgaard Strand, as well as a shorter walking distance to the Church Forest which leads to the memorial park. In addition, there is free access to the common garden. Lovely shopping opportunities with specialty stores at Kridthøj Torv. If you want to go into town, the bus goes right across the street. In the common garden, the neighbor's sweet, allergy-friendly dog sometimes walks. So if you're afraid of dogs and expect to be in the garden, this may not be the place.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a new and popular urban area

Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Welcome to my cozy one-room attic apartment right next to the Botanical Garden, in a quiet neighborhood in Aarhus V. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk through the Botanical Garden to Den Gamle By (The Old Town) and the Greenhouses, and 25 minutes on foot to the city center. It’s also close to Aarhus University and several grocery stores. Nearby buses will take you to the city center, the forest, or the beach.
