The house has preserved details and has been sparingly renovated. 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room. 1 living room with large sofa group and TV/Stereo Kitchen that is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, spices, etc. The washing machine is in the basement, which can be accessed through the kitchen entrance. Large lush garden with garden furniture and barbecue area. WiFi via fiber connection.

Woods are just around the corner with plenty to explore. Limited wifi so a place to detox from the modern world. For swimming there are several options avaliable, Boasjö or Alsterbro, or in the spring just outside the cottage. Trips in the surroundings can include Astrid Lindgrens värld, Kalmar slott, mini golf, SUP, Kayak etc.

Sea cottage with your own jetty

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with its own construction down to the lake Sinnern. There are 2 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. Cleaning is responsible for the guests but available for purchase for SEK 500. Sheets and towels can be purchased for SEK 100 set/per person. Incineration toilet Cinderella. Dishwasher. Hot water for the shower outside. Perfect cottage for fishing. Note: fishing license is required. Boat can be rented from nearby association.

A lovely place and beautiful house located directly by the lake Allgunnen in Allgunnen. You not only have access and proximity to go swimming and fishing and outdoor life, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Småland, Oskarshamn, Kalmar, Öland and the Kingdom of Glass or just an opportunity to have a good time and get some peace and quiet. The house is suitable for 4-5 people but has sleeping places for more in a shed that stands on the plot down towards the lake.

Soludden, with its own lake plot!

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind quiet space. Soludden is a brand new built villa with its own beach plot and three docks to choose from for swimming and fishing. Here you can relax and recharge in a private location with only forest and lake as your closest neighbor. A rowing boat is moored at one of the docks. On the terrace you have the best view of the lake and sometimes it can come by the occasional small boat. Some days the pocket will come and do their long dives.

Cozy cottage in Småland. Directly down to Gösjön.

Our house is located with direct views and access to Gösjön. Guests have access to rowboat and canoe as well as their own jetty. We bathe, fish, sail and swim in the lake. At the opposite end of the lake is Gösjön camping. Here you can easily sail, walk or drive to. The place has a beach, jetty, 10m tower and ice cream parlor. Within an hour drive by car, reach in Vimmerby, Kalmar, Ölands and Oskarshanm. Write if you want tips for trips and attractions.

Hus Målen is a small, quietly located Swedish house near Högsby – perfect for 2 people with a dog. The old Swedish-style house offers 70 m² of living space, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a small living area. The garden with grill is adjacent to a small private wooded area. Electricity is included. In the area: swimming lakes, Kalmar, Vimmerby & Elk Parks.
