Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

The property is non-smoking. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Rental weekly Monday-Sunday. Check-in Monday 3 pm/Check-out Sunday 12 noon. Please note, possible booking options are 6, 13, 20, 27 nights. Cozy and peacefully located cottage in the middle of nature. Private located away from the main road and next to a stream where you can cool off on hot summer days. Woods are just around the corner with plenty to explore. Limited wifi so a place to detox from the modern world. For swimming there are several options avaliable, Boasjö or Alsterbro, or in the spring just outside the cottage. Trips in the surroundings can include Astrid Lindgrens värld, Kalmar slott, mini golf, SUP, Kayak etc.

The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass kingdom. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the things you need every day. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Småland from its most beautiful side.

Blommekulla House

Hus Blommekulla is a historic Swedish house dating from 1789, situated in a secluded location near Högsby, Småland. With 80 square meters (861 square feet) and 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Two nearby lakes – with your own rowboat on both – invite you to fish and relax. Fireplace and wood-burning stove provide coziness; solar power is included. Dogs are welcome for a fee, laundry packages optional, final cleaning included. Bookable from April to September, €200 deposit.

A rural dream for the whole family

"Simonshuset" is a classic red Småland house from the 18th century. This is our dream house, with many preserved details from history and tastefully decorated to preserve the older charm. We live in the house ourselves for a number of weeks each year, and love the tranquility we get in the countryside. Large lawn with trampoline and outdoor furniture. There's also a Weber charcoal grill. You are within walking distance to the swimming and fishing lake. A real dream home.

Lake house with its own dock

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own build down to Lake Sinnern. There are 2 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, but it can be purchased for SEK 1,000. Sheets and towels can be purchased for SEK 100 set/per person. Incineration toilet Cinderella. Dishwasher. Hot water for the shower outside. Perfect cabin for fishing. Note fishing licenses are required. Boat can be rented by the nearby association.

Charming cottage in the middle of the forest

My place is tucked away in the middle of the Mjösebo forest. Relax and unwind in the clean forest air, and venture out and explore either by foot or the provided bicycles. Wildlife sightings of moose, deer, and rabbit are common, and from summer to early autumn there are a variety of wild berries and mushrooms to gather. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

The Findus cabin next to the river Emån, Emåturism

Stay at a farm with cats and hens as your neighbours. Two cabins (The Pysen cabin and the Findus cabin) next to Emån, 5-6 beds in each. WC and shower in separate building. 200 meters to the river where you can fish, swim and also rent canoes. Finish the evening with a barbecue. This listing is for booking the Findus cabin. Stugan ligger mitt i de underbara Smålandsskogarna och är en perfekt platsen för avkoppling. Om du vill tillbringa din semester med en bra bok och begränsad kontakt med omvärlden då är den här stugan något för dig.
