The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

Gretabo - an idyllic time capsule in a unique row house

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located in a nice, unspoiled row of houses (like the children in Bullerbyn). Drageryd village is a time capsule where you can see clear traces of bygone days. Although you live in the middle of the village with people around you, you can feel private. The host has his farm right next to a few houses away and if you ask nicely, you can probably taste good fresh milk or pet the calves. The silence and starry summer evenings are hard-to-beat experiences!

Cozy Swedish cottage in the heart of Småland to relax and recharge your batteries. From the house, the path leads directly into the forest on various walking and hiking routes, bathing lakes are easily accessible, countless destinations are within 30-60 minutes by car (Astrid Lindgren World, Öland's animal and amusement park, hiking routes, high ropes course, elk parks, etc.). The cottage is also well habitable in autumn/winter. If you stay during the heating season, electricity will be billed separately.

Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the things you need every day. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Småland from its most beautiful side.

Rustic country house, sauna | Goat farm next door

Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door. The evening sun invites you to linger on the old wooden bench of the large dining table or on the terrace. The best way to end cool winter evenings is in front of the fireplace in the living room or go outside to the fireplace sauna - adjacent to the goat farm with its own cheese production.

Charming cottage in the middle of the forest

My place is tucked away in the middle of the Mjösebo forest. Relax and unwind in the clean forest air, and venture out and explore either by foot or the provided bicycles. Wildlife sightings of moose, deer, and rabbit are common, and from summer to early autumn there are a variety of wild berries and mushrooms to gather. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

Cozy cottage in Småland. Directly down to Gösjön.

Our house is located with direct views and access to Gösjön. Guests have access to a rowboat and canoe as well as their own jetty. We bathe, fish, sail and swim in the lake. At the opposite end of the lake is Gösjön camping. Here you can easily sail, walk or drive to. The place has a beach, jetty, 10 m diving tower and ice kiosk. Within an hour's drive by car, you can reach Vimmerby, Kalmar, Ölands and Oskarshanm. Write if you want tips for tours and attractions.

Quietly located and surrounded by a fenced garden, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. This special place has a cozy Swedish style. The recently renovated vacation home offers space for 2 people on about 50 m². The location is quiet with a large garden. The house is furnished with a shower room/toilet, a kitchen as well as a living room and bedroom. The house is bright and can be heated with a modern heat pump if necessary. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away via an idyllic, romantic forest path.

Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!
